The beachfront Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach on Millionaire's Row has been the playground of Hollywood legends like Elizabeth Taylor and Humphrey Bogart, and a $31-million redesign to the iconic city landmark has fused classic style with contemporary architecture and charm. The transformation includes the first-ever ELLE Spa, inspired by the fashion magazine, which features editorially inspired treatments, 18 luxurious treatment rooms, a VIP suite and a cabana-lined rooftop deck available exclusively to spa guests. There is also a 3,000-square-foot fitness center overlooking Miami Beach.
During downtime, guests can take a dip in the infinity pools, stroll the boardwalk or splash in the ocean on the resort's private beach. A neighboring marina charters yacht excursions, and the trendy boutiques, galleries and nightlife of South Beach are a short drive away.

The first of its kind, the sleek ELLE Spa is 22,000 square feet in size, yet appears even larger with high-coved ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that take advantage of the sweeping coastline, the verdant tropical foliage surroundings and the hotel's four infinity pools. The Mediterranean-inspired two-level spa is designed with white-washed walls and natural stone and wood accents, befitting with the sea landscape, and amenities include a "beautique," scrub and polish bar, oceanfront relaxation lounge and separate men's and women's wet treatment areas with whirlpools, cold plunges, experience showers and steam and sauna areas.
In the 18 treatment rooms, spa-goers can rejuvenate with offerings like the ELLE Spa Signature Facial, a 90-minute ritual featuring a holistic consultation, foot reflexology and a tailored skincare treatment with no less than 87 vitamins. Couples can reserve the VIP Suite appointed with an oversized whirlpool tub, rain showers, foot baths and dual beds.

The oceanfront fitness center is open 24 hours and packed with Life Fitness equipment for exercise devotees, or they can mix up a workout routine with spinning, yoga, water aerobics and Zumba classes. Private trainer sessions include beach boot camp.
There are four infinity pools, and guests can escape to the surf for jet skiing, parasailing, sailing and scuba jaunts, available through the hotel concierge. Camp Roc, for kids ages 5-12, is offered come summer. In addition to its prime oceanfront locale, the hotel is conveniently close to the nightclubs and dining of South Beach and the district's Art Deco neighborhood. The 631 guest accommodations, along with 96 suites, are divided between the hotel's original Resort Tower and the chic 21-story Ocean Tower. Many provide ocean views from spacious balconies, jetted tubs and spa-inspired bathrooms. Amenities include flat-screen HDTVs, Wi-Fi network, iPod docking stations and in-room safes.
The ever-changing menu at 1500 Degrees restaurant highlights seasonal farm-to-table cuisine spearheaded by celebrity chef Paula DaSilva. Diners have their choice among a selection of options like prime steaks, small plates, raw bar specialties and DaSilva's three-course tasting menu. Hotel guests will mingle with locals at Cabana Beach Club, a favorite for its "Floribbean" dishes, cocktails and live entertainment. The Lobby Bar is a hotspot on Saturday nights when there's a DJ.
