Guests have the option of reserving accommodations in the Bustillo Wing, which overlooks the Moreno and Nahuel Huapi lakes and the Cerro López mountains. Room options include standard lodging, studios, suites, and a two-bedroom cabin on the lake. Additional accommodations are located in the Lago Moreno wing. Interiors combine classic design with a mix of Patagonian modernism. Accoutrements comprise LCD TVs, a terrace, and Jacuzzis. Guests can access both wings via a panoramic bridge.

Los Césares, the resort's fine dining restaurant, highlights international and regional gourmet dishes, while the Winter Garden, with scenic views of Patagonia, offers a salad bar and Llao Llao tea. The more casual Cafe Restaurant Patagonia, with its wood furnishings and scenic views, provides an inviting ambience, as does the Lobby Bar, decorated with a large fireplace, leather furnishings, antler chandeliers, and touches of stone and wood. Located at the golf course, the Club House serves sandwiches, teas, homemade jams, and fondue.

The SPA is OK, sauna area is good. The high is the mountain views from treatment rooms, but the service is avarage.

    • Airport transfers are provided for guests staying in Studio and Suite accommodations.
    • The Patagonian climate is typically temperate, experiencing all four seasons; winter, however, generally tends to be longer than the autumn and spring seasons. Average winter temperatures may dip to 2° C, while summer temps can reach up to 40° C. Guests should take note that seasons in the southern hemisphere are reversed from those in the northern hemisphere.
