Do Not Go!!
WORST haircut and color EVER done by Samantha!! Do NOT go to her PLEASE! I asked for a shoulder length bob with no layers and she gave me a chin length bob with tons of layers in the back. When I complained about it she told me that it seemed shoulder length to her. Really? It comes to my chin! She had me turned away from the mirror so by the time I realized what she did it was too late. Also, I was there from 9am to 1pm for a cut and partial highlights. That is completely ridiculous! She literally spent 3 hours cutting and thinning my hair. You would think it would look amazing with all the time she spent on it but it is just hideous! She even told me she took the foils off my hair too soon and they were orange and had to put a toner on my hair, but it did not help at all. I have never had such a bad experience anywhere! I strongly recommend going ANYWHERE else!

Ive been going to Belle Ross for a few years now because of Rebecca. She does an amazing job on my highlights... Gives me the exact color I want! Such a sweet girl, I always have a great time when she's doing my hair. I also want to recommend Rachel for Mani and pedis. Best shellac manicure I've ever had. Lasted even longer than usual. She does a great job and is really fun to be around.

My husband decided to do something nice for me and made an appt for a consultation for hair extensions . i arrived for my appt 20 mins early. my appt time came and went, about 30 mins after my appt time i was told it would be just another min . i did not get seen until and hr after my appt time. but as i sat there a walk in off the street was seen before i was. During the consultation i was explained everything about the hair extensions. then i was told well im going to have to have a deposit before i order this so i know your serious about it. I'm sure it is just protocol because it is expensive but they way it was worded made me feel like she thought i was not serious about it. When i had the whole 300.00 she quoted me in my purse and could have given her the deposit right then. Then she told me there would be no way for her to call and check the hair price that day because she was just too booked up and that she would call me. I never received a call from her. so after being made to wait an hr after my appt time and then feeling like she thought i was just wasting her time. I will not returning to this salon.

My girlfriend there to get a cut and color, and it was a horrible experience. The red (with blonde highlights) is the most redneck, trashy crap I have ever seen. I tried to get her to go to Memphis, and she chose to give this salon a chance. She called me and told me right away that her color was bad. When she got home, she cried over that horrible coloring job. WTH people? Red with blonde highlights is reserved for white trash ...not professional people whose appearance is important for their job. Save your time and money, go somewhere else before you get ripped off.

Myself and 3 friends booked packages at this location. We had to drive an hour to get there. Reasoning is when researching facilities that accepted the spafinder giftcard, Wilson Perry is the only location that was able to accommodate a person in a wheelchair for more than just a manicure. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Started out the day with a massage. Being a plus size person I was able to fit on the table comfortably. Facial next, very nice. Lunch was included and I will say I was impressed with the food. I had some picky eaters with me and they enjoyed lunch. Huge servings. Pedi and Mani after lunch, enjoyed this as well. Overall GREAT experience. Only complaint is that the robe didn't fit. To make it work I took the wrap and turned the opening to the back and put the robe on. Not a huge issue but I would have liked to have a robe that fit properly. Staff was very professional and made me feel right at home.

My Spa Day at Wilson Perry
I recently enjoyed a most relaxing day at Wilson Perry Day Spa. I was given a gift certificate for my birthday by my husband for a "Spa Day." My scheduled appointments began with a manicure and pedicure, follwed by a facial, and ended with an hour long massage. I found the environment serene and relaxing, and the staff some of the most professional ever. The location, the decor, the music, the products....all were much more than I had anticipated. Thanks Wilson Perry, I will highly recommend you to my friends and family. Christine
