This is one of the best massage experiences I have had ever had, Michelle is fantastic. The hour was filled with a wonderful massage, she is easy to talk with or very comfortable if you choose not to talk. It was very relaxed and I was put at ease right away. I never felt rushed or just like another client, it was like I was the only one there that day. Too great to even explain. This was very surprising to me as I have not had good luck with the places advertised on Craigslist. She is one of the best for sure. I will be back there soon.

I've repeatedly tried to call this place, as well as email but have got no response from them. I was trying to make an appointment but every attempt via phone has gone strait to voicemail and I never got a reply to my email. Unsatisfied with out even getting in the door.

I purchased a certificate through deal chicken for a massage. Soon afterwards, I tried to contact Serenity however the phone number was disconnected with no forwarding number given. I stopped by hoping to speak with someone...no such luck. I eventually went back to the website and a new number was listed, I have called leaving numerous messages, all without a return call. I cannot comment on the quality of the services since I have never gotten an appointment, but I can say that the professionalism of the staff/owner has been just horrible and I have been ripped off. I paid $55 for a massage and have only gotten more tension in return. Do not purchase a certificate, pay AFTER services are performed.

After just two visits, I took advantage of a reduced rate for a package of ten visits. I'd go daily if I could!
This is a clean and professional setting. Michelle, the owner, is good at what she does. If you want silence, no problem. If you feel like taklking, she can do that.
I look forward to each visit.

Hiddened in off the street type place, not a strip mall.
My favorite place closed down in Feb 2010 so the owner could sell "doTerra" scents. go figure...
This place is a little rough around the edges as of yet BUT I will tell you... I will go back.
Don't expect $$$ dollars to cater to you. Since, you don't pay $ for their services.
Here's my story, believe it or not.
I have bad back problems and have went through all the Dr.'s both MD and Chrioparctic to no avail. Couldn't hardly walk with my right leg; getting up, turning over, stairs, driving... etc... was a huge problem with major pain. The only thing that kept me functioning was a lower back massage ever month and following the exercises to keep my back loose.
I found Serenity Therapeutic Massage and Body Works through the Inernet, I was in so much back pain.
Guess what? Have no clue what they did - other than relieve my backpain for being able to walk and move around. Must admit, the deep tissue massage stills hurts a bit BUT 1% OF WHAT I HAD BEFORE. Sheesh!, I can at least move around and turnover at night without major pain and consistently waking up.
I'm going back again

This was my first visit to Serenity. Wendy was my therapist and she was excellent. The room was well-appointed and very comfortable. Because of traffic, I was 15 minutes late, but Wendy was very understanding. Because of the traffic and being late, I was very tense, but Wendy immediately made me feel comfortable and did excellent work on some very tight posterior chain muscles - the result of a long bike ride the previous day. I would strongly recommend this spa to others and I will be making another appointment soon. Bill R.

My massage was rushed. I did not get the full hour that I was expecting. The office needed some house cleaning. I noticed quiet a bit of dust and the room just did not feel clean to me. I would not go back.

I have searched our records, and I'm so sorry I have no record of you visiting our location. Sometimes our location gets confused with an office 3 bldgs down. I assure anyone coming in that our rooms are cleaned daily, sometimes more depending on treatments done. Also, door knobs, face cradles, and lotion/oil bottles are all cleaned after each massage. The shower is cleaned with Clorox Clean Up after every use. We strive to keep a germ free clean smelling office. I would love for you to give us a second chance with a gift card from us if you would kindly contact us with your information :)

My first time using spafinder, and very happy I did. The spa was very nice inside. My therapist made the experience perfect in every way. The special touch of rose petals on the massage room floor for my prenatal massage just added that extra touch I haven't experienced before. Thanks Serenity for helping me relax during my pregnancy!!
