I have been going here for at least 2 years and I have been very satisfied with Terry & Rebecca's expertise in cutting, styling & highlighting my hair. This is the only place I have every gone that I didn't have to go home and re-fix my hair after my haircut and style. It is also the only place that has been able to get the exact color highlights I want. I highly recommend them.

i came in just a few days ago to get the prescription nails, my first time ever getting them done. the nails dont cover my real nails, you can see air bubbles and cracks under them and the nails are not fully pushed down on my real nails. i am very unsatisfied with my experience and very unhappy i wasted $25 for me to just be very unhappy. i am a stay at home mom and just wanted to relax and enjoy some time to myself but i got just the opposite experience.

A Bella Style is amazing. The staff is experienced and knowleagble of their products and their skill levels are outstanding. My elderly Mother went to Rebecca for several years before she was called to her Heavenly Home and she was respected and treated just like she was family; and, they did a wonderful job each and every time with Mother's hair! I go myself now and they still me me feel like Im their own client when doing my color and cut, and, I always have great compliments from others asking where did I get my hair done!

I did not know which facial type to choose. The esthetician read my profile, asked me questions and explained her recommendations. She then offered a whisper soft wrap, dimmed the lights and played soothing music. Although the treatment room is small and cramped, the experience was the best facial that I have ever had. I highly recommend it.

I booked 3 teens to have updos for homecoming. They all looked gorgeous. We may have had a to wait a little bit for their appointments. There are always specials for this location. I would recommend for haircuts, styles and waxes. The decor is very pretty. The waiting chairs are actual furniture. The staff is friendly. The location is not always convenient to get in and out of. It sits on the Outer Road of a major highway. I enter going south and when I leave I head south. That way I don't have to cross traffic.

I can't speak to the quality of service because I never got in the door. I made an appointment online and received my conformation email. I arrived on time and found the locked and dead bolted. The lights were on (including the open sign) but no one was there. I called and got the answering machine. Nothing indicated a reason they were not open. There was no sign on the door, no message on the machine, no email to my account to explain why they were not there. I waited 15 minutes for someone to return and no one ever did. I have one day a week to spend on myself and now I will have to wait a whole week before I can schedule an appointment SOMEWHERE ELSE. I am glad this was a treat for me and not an appointment to prepare for a special event.

I waited for at least 20 minutes for a pedicure although no one was there. They did not have a pedicure station, they brought out a aluminum bucket with soapy water with rocks on the bottom. They forgot to scrub one of my feet, trimmed my nails unevenly and had polish on my skin. Not surprisingly though, the pedicurist sat on the floor to do the pedicure hunched over! When I went to leave I had a gift card for $25.00. They used that and told me it was another $15.00! Would not recommend this establishment.

I'm sorry that you were unhappy with the service provided but you came in as a walk-in and we had appointments due to arrive at that time. Walk-ins sometime have to wait until we can work them in. We are a very busy establishment.
We preform our basic pedicures with procedure safety for our clients. We are all lic. professionals with up to date classes on Sanitation and Procedure in Pedicures. Sometimes we have to put ourselves in uncomfortable positions so that our clients are comfortable while working on their feet. Our Basic Pedicures Have Always Been $35 Dollars. Spa Finder Gift Cards only Come in Set Dollar Amounts NOT In Services.

I had a Spafinder gift certificate, finally had a day off and was so happy to just go relax and get a pedicure. I was so disappointed I could not wait for this appt to get over. I am use to get a pedi for a lot less, sitting in a massage chair, having my legs and feet massaged and soaking in continual bubbling water. This person liked to talk and very friendly, but, was very disorganized, seemed not sure what was doing, sat in a straight back chair, feet in a tub of lukewarm water, and the polish job I think anyone could have done that job, very poor polish job. I was ashamed of how my ending looked not smooth, polish on my toes. She had to repeat some because she kept smuding the polish with arm etc. She scrub my feet with a stone and my feet almost dry, my feet are still hurting tonight from the pedi. So very sad.......a very poor experience.

We are Very sorry that you were disapointed in the pedicure/service you recieved here at A Bella Style. We do NOT offer the large spa pedicure chairs because of the filter system can spread disease from client to client. The State Of Mo is ready to ban them from salons because of this. We do Pedicures in a manner that is of ultmost sanitary and safe conditions to protect our clients and that means going back to the basics. My Staff is Always friendly with our patrions and if you wanted the nail tech not to talk so you could have a peaceful pedicure, all you had to do is let her know and she would have not talked. If she was applying too much presure with the stone, you should have mentioned it because it hard to know how tenderfooted ones feet may be. Again We are Sorry You were disappointed with the service you recieved. Management

I visited this salon to use my Spa Finder gift card. I was very hesitant to walk in at first because of the location, a little shopping strip along an outer road in Arnold. It certainly does not look very chic from the outside. But in I went. (My hair grows fast, so if this did not work out, I wouldn't have it for too long.) To my amazement, I got the best color ever, a great cut to go with it, and an exceptionally courteous staff! Looks can certainly be deceiving. I am going back again!

I visited this salon as a walkin and it was amazing!!!! I recieved the best color and haircut I've ever had. The staff was so friendly here and their shop is beautiful. I was afraid it was going to be expensive at first but to my amazement it was very affordable. I was told that they always are running specials and that is a good fit for me because my husband has recently got laid off his job and I otherwise would not have been able to afford my color. The staff was willing to work with me on affordablity. No salon Ive ever visited has ever offer such outstanding service. I will always be a client to this salon and LOYAL to its staff.

I went to have my hair colored and was feeling kind of down. I met Becky, the owner of A Bella Style Salon and Day Spa and she took me back and went through all of the many options and color choices I had to pick from. She was very thorough in explaining about the coloring process and was very knowledgable. Her staff was very nice! I loved how my hair turned out and I was very happy when I left there! I definitely would go back! (Also, I was able to use my Spafinder gift cards there!) Great place!
