Greenhaus European Day Spa

I booked my appointment on a Sunday evening, for a Monday morning. I live 45 minutes away from the spa. Upon arrival I was told that my appointment time was incorrect and I was an hour late. The person working the desk was very rude, and angry. I told her I had booked my appointment for 10:15 am. I had proof on my cell phone, I had the email confirmation with the correct time. She then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and it would be a half hour before the masseuse could return. I was then informed that my SpaFinder gift certificate was not valid. She was wrong about the gift certificate being invalid, I called the company and they verified it was good. The lady behind the desk was rude, inconsiderate and did not make me feel welcome. She had no people skills and should have taken into consideration that I drove 45 minutes there and was about to leave and drive another 45 minutes for no reason. Customer service should be first and foremost. I will never return to this spa, and tell every patient I have my story.

Last year, I treated my husband to a post-Valentine's Day surprise at this WONDERFUL place. I took advantage of their February special "I love US" which included a couple's 60 minute aromatherapy massage, plus adding a 30 minute body scrub (for an additional price). Our massage therapists, Cheryle and Kim, were great! (I had Kim and she made me feel very relaxed and had a great technique.) I was impressed by how romantic they made our room. There were rose petals thrown along the ground and the room was lit by candle light. We were able to lay on our own table next to each other, but you'd never know it because the room was only filled with the serene music that played overhead while we were getting our treatments. The only thing that disappointed me was that the room temperature was slightly cold. (I didn't say anything at the time, only because I normally am cold -- but my husband did agree later that it was a bit chilly in there). Aside from that, I would definitely go back for more. Great job Greenhaus! You made us feel like we were on our second honeymoon.

I would have to agree with a previous reviewer that the tropical scrub was adequate but far from a special experience. The atmosphere is tranquil and the staff competent and friendly; the retail store has an excellent variety of products. I would like to experience a facial and a massage the next time.

Before my service, I waited in a seating area in the front of the spa. It was a small space with some magazines to read, but not a relaxing atmosphere. My friends and I did not change into robes/slippers prior to the service. I was shown to my treatment room and told to undress then put my belongings in a basket (in the room). The therapist was very nice and knowledgeable. The scrub treatment was ok, maybe because I thought there was more to it. The scrub involved the therapist applying a sugar scrub to arms/back/legs and wiping it off with a hot towel then putting oil/moisturizer on. My friends who had massages said they were some of the best they ever had. (Highly recommended) My friend who had a scrub felt it was just ok. Maybe adding a short massage to the service would have made it better. I do not have any complaints about the spa, but would say it was an average experience. Note: Greenhaus lacks some of the amenities and luxuries I am used to when visiting a day spa. (Space for comfortable lounging, fully stocked ladies and gentlemen's lounge areas, personal lockers, robes and slippers and refreshments). This fact affects my overall experience.

I recently i came in with my mom for her birthday. She got the Royal Thai poultice massage. She was amazed at how the the heat and sent made the massage even better. I receved the Bamboo massage. I was a secptic about how good this massage would be but i quicly became a beliver in how great a style of massage this was! We went on to get pedicures and were delightfully supprized on how detailed the art work that the girl painted on my toes! We were off to get our facials and while i pesterd my estitition about everything she was putting on my face she was more then happy to tell me what each of the products were any why they were used. at the end of our day we both felt pamperd and happy. I cant tell you how happy we were with all of our services. I recomend this spa to everyone i know and cant wate to go back again!

I've been to other spas for facials and massages before; however this spa has been my absolute favorite so far! I got a 90 minutes facial and my skin has never felt better! I started using the Decleor products they sell and everyone keeps complementing on how great my skin looks! I'm excited about this place and will continue to be a client and recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention their massages! They are amazing!! The entire spa experience was beyond great and the spa services are extremely reasonably priced.
