About Leonia Holistic Destination
Located in the Deccan plains, 40-minutes from central Hyderabad, India, the Leo Juventa, Centre for Integrated Medicine is housed within the Leonia Holistic Destination, a holistic resort complex. The resort is situated on 250 acres of gardens, pools, and manicured grounds, and the LJC is an expansive 100,000-square-foot five-level holistic spa with 45 treatment rooms. Spa amenities include couple's and spa suites, a spa café, a beauty center and salon, and a special kids' spa and salon.
The spa focuses on overall well-being, offering clients a comprehensive menu of services that combine contemporary health-care technologies with therapies inspired by ancient Indian, Oriental, Egyptian, and modern medicines.
Spa services include facials, massage, body, nail, and hydrotherapy treatments, as well as ancient Indian rituals inspired by naturopathy, Ayurvedic, and Panchakarma medicine. Single services to several-day packages are available, including those designed for weight and stress management, rejuvenation, arthritis, and diabetes as well as special packages for brides. One of the spa's signature services is the Juventa Proprioceptor Receptor Massage, a medical massage based on embryonic neuroanatomy and hydrotherapies with hammams.
Clients can also take advantage of treatment facilities including a physio, sports, and rehab center equipped with a fitness area and aqua gym. An extensive hydrotherapy circuit comprises Vichy and Scottish showers, Turkish hammams with temperature-regulated pools equipped with air and water jets, hydroco leg and Suzi hair therapies, and body capsules, a closed chamber used for aqua massage, chromatherapy, and aromatherapy. There is also a wide variety fitness options available to clients such as air walkers and vertical turbosonic equipment, as well as personal training sessions and classes including yoga, meditation, aerobics, Pranayan, Ashan, Kriyas, Pandh, and Mudra.
A team of doctors is on site to provide guests with health and wellness consults, weight-management plans, body-composition analysis, nutrition counseling, and noninvasive skin-care treatments at the spa's aesthetic and laser treatment center; cosmetic-dentistry services are also available.
The holistic resort also features a convention center, nightclub, an outdoor concert stage, and kids' programming. Accommodations include rooms with private plunge pools, suites with spa treatment areas, and villas located along a lagoon swimming pool.
