I just moved here from Calgary, I was nervous about finding a new person to do my waxing (especially my bikini area) I have been getting Brazillian waxing for years and been paying quite a bit down in Calgary for it. I went to Merle Norman and discovered that this little spa has the the best waxer EVER!! Jasmin did my brazillian in under 15 minutes, I was so impressed by her that I asked her to do my legs as well. Not one hair was left! She was thorough, knowledgeable and made me laugh! I forgot about how uncomfortable waxing could be because she kept talking to me. She made the whole experience actually wonderful! What topped it all off is that the price point was really good a little more affordable than big cities. Thank you Merle Norman.

I have been a 'merle girl' for years-I LOVE merle norman's products! That being said I have visited a lot of merle norman studios and these guys are fby far the best! Plus their prices are lower then in the city on all the products I am used to buying. I had a facial today-even though they were busy-I felt like they had all the time in the world for me- they made me feel welcome and listened to my preferences. I had a custom blended massage, and a paraffin dip included in my facial-a first for me - loved it. INSPARATIONS Day Spa is my new favorite Spa!

Never been to a Merle Norman heard lots of great things. The spa was clean, staff was friendlly and nice. I was given a gift certificate for a massage and pedicure. She started with the massage, it was mediocre. The best part was the warm bed and the comfy blanket. After, she did my pedicure it was terrible. My cuticles hurt and the polish was all over my toes. It seemed like she never polished toes before. The best part is that I got my money back for the massage because it was covered through my medical plan. I wish I got my money back for my pedicure. Best part.....the yummy free hot chocolate.
