    Canyon Falls is passionate about wanting to provide an exceptional spa experience to each and every client, and strives to give clients a "welcoming safe haven from the stresses of modern life." The expansive 15,000-square-foot spa has a modern Tuscan design, incorporating warm colors, curved walls, archways, marble, granite, travertine, onyx, and glass doors. Interiors are also decorated seasonally and there is a large waterfall in the entryway. In the salon energetic, contemporary music is played, and the spa has relaxing music, TV's, private pedicure and massage rooms for couples, a Vichy shower, steam and locker facilities, and a clothing boutique. Services include massage, body treatments, reiki, facials, chemical peels, hair and nail care, permanent makeup, spray tanning, eyelash extensions and enhancements, and waxing. Complimentary consultations and makeup refreshers are also available.

I have been to Canyon Falls several times and once again I loved it. They provide a very peaceful setting to help you forget about all of your stresses. Another bonus is that they accept SpaFinder gift cards! I also love their little boutique up front. I have bought some really cute things from there! I will definitely be going back.

Great Value Poor Experience

Unfortunately my experience was poor. After the spa cancelled my service last week, I rebooked for today and the service from check in, massage, and check out was poor. They assured me they would take care of me and make up for the cancellation (of course didn't) The receptionist did not provide a robe for me or show where the locker room/bathrooms are located. The therapist told me they begged her to come in as they couldn't cancel twice. The therapist talked the entire time about her personal life. I had a facial afterwards and was late as the time on massage therapist sheet was different from time my facial appointment was. There was no record of a brow wax. At checkout the staff took 10 minutes as didn't know how to use the spa finder certificate. I can't imagine Spa Finder recommending this spa.

I had a gift certificate through spa finder and had previously had a wonderful massage here. I didn't get the same person and my therapist this time didn't really follow my instructions. I asked for a gentle relaxing massage and got a deep tissue massage. To her credit my back had a lot of knots but I didn't finish the massage feeling as relaxed as I wanted to after 90 minutes. I then had a 60 minute facial. On the phone they told me my appt was for 1:30 and after waiting and waiting I checked and they said it was for 2pm. I would have brought a book! I didn't want extraction so I think my therapist didn'lt know how to fill the 60 minutes. For a large part of it I sat with a masque on my face while she sat behind me. All in all my experience was just okay and I wouldn't go back.

I wanted to plan something romantic for my Sweetie's birthday, and was so excited to see that Canyon Falls offers "couples" spa experiences. I promptly called and booked the couples massage, and the couples pedicure. I thought it was so unique to actually offer a private room pedicure experience and was very excited about that! We arrived and were treated to the couples massage. The therapists were friendly and knowledgeable, and were very accommodating to our specific requests. We really enjoyed it! After, a tech came to get us for the pedicures and led us into a bright, open room with TV's on, and other people in the room getting pedicures. I indicated to the tech that we had booked the couples pedicure, and she stated that they knew that, but one of the units was not working. I asked why I had not been notified of this, since I had received a confirmation call the day prior, and she didn't know why. In addition, only one of the chairs had a working "massage" attachment, so we had to choose which person got the "massage" chair. We were really looking forward to a private, romantic experience. The manager did not come to talk with us, or offer apologies. I was not impressed. Overall, we were very disappointed.

I did a spa day with my friend for her birthday and it was fabulous! The facial left my skin feeling smooth and the massage put me in total relaxation mode. This spa provides wine to sip while getting a manicure and pedicure. I highly recommend the Queen For a Day package!

A friend and I booked 60 minute deep tissue massages at Canyon Falls Salon & Spa in June and we were thrilled to have one of the most effective massage sessions for our over stressed tight muscles'. Jan was my MT and she is outstanding with over 20 years of Professional Training. Being a Massage Therapist myselft I was completely impressed by her effectiveness and techniques. I unconditionally recommend the Spa for Massage Therapy. The Staff was also very accommodating and professional during our visit.
