Massage Heights focuses on massage services and offers modalities such as Swedish, deep-tissue, sports, trigger-point, and maternity. A range of "elevations" can be added on to massages and features hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, a peppermint foot scrub, and a hot towel cold stone face massage options. This location has horrible customer service at the front desk. The way they handled an incident with my credit was inexcusable. They continued to charge my credit card 4 months after the year contract expired. Their front desk manager was very belittling and condescending over the phone. Their massages are cut down to 45 minutes and for the amount they charge, makes Massage Heights a rip off.
On a different note. No disrespect for the harding working massage therapists. Their just working there till they can move into a better situation elsewhere.
The bottom line.......Save your money and go elsewhere!!!!

This is a little bit from my home, but I was low on cash and in pain so I decided to try it. I was initially impressed with the look of the decor as it felt sophisticated and looked clean. The girls at front were friendly. The therapist, tho left me wanting more. I asked for a deep tissue massage and they highly recommended Angie who had medical experience. She was specific but didn't seem to find my tense spots or stay on the ones she found. The appointment was actually 50 minutes, not 60. I was told 10 minutes was for dressing/undressing.
I try to be reasonable. I don't like to review a place until I've given it a couple tries and my second visit was worse. I called and was able to get in the same day. The next gal was not deep and I felt like I was rushed in and rushed out with how busy they were. The bathroom door dosen't lock and someone opened the door while I was in there. For the higher price I paid this time, I will not be going back.
