Consistency earns major points for me and this spa is consistent. I know I can randomly schedule any kind of spa treatment and the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. It has a beautiful environment in a wonderful, walkable shopping area, and the Woodhouse spa gives you complimentary wine, tea, etc, while you wait! It is a very relaxing experience because I know I can schedule an appointment and it will be a beautiful experience.
