Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa- Lake Mary

I scheduled a teen facial for my daughter with Johanna. My daughter was very happy with the service. Johanna made her feel comfortable. She taught her how to clean her skin and gave her great tips on how to avoid getting acne. My daughter wants to come back and will be bringing a friend for a teen facial. Great service and great staff!

This place is just across the street from my old spa. Spa is super busy and everyone there is really nice. I can see why so many people go, the service is great and you cant beat the prices, especially for Lake Mary. I know of 3 other spas where I would pay at least $20 more for the same service and 1 of those it is exactly double the prices here. Love this place!

I went to Hand and Stone in Lake Mary the week prior to my wedding with my bridal party. The front desk staff was very helpful when I called to the book the appointments. I explained to them the issues I personally was having with my back (recent surgery) and they recommended the best therapist for my issues. I had Rebecca she was phenomal! My ladies had Josh, Sage, Roxsan, and Jackie. Lets just say that I had some very, very happy bridesmaids. I will for sure be returning back to Hand and Stone for my next massage which will be in a month due to their wonderful membership program.

I have been to Hand & Stone on a couple of different occasions. I usually get the hour massage. The staff is always friendly and professional. My treatments are always benefical and enjoyable. However this last time the young lady at the front desk suggested I "enhance my service" to 80 minutes. I also opted for the foot treatment as well. WOW! I had this done on Saturday and it is Tuesday and I still feel great! Everyone's circumstances are different but for me this was perfect. If you have not checked this place out you have to go. I have seen Jackie, Monique and Rebecca...all are top notch. Massage is way more than just a indulgence, it is therapy for your ailments.

Well after visting Disney and Universal Studios, I tried choosing a Spa that was away from all the attractions etc.......and they had a first time client special. I thought i was getting a double deal. Well I was visiting Florida and got a little turned around as to find the Spa in the Plaza and ended up being 4-5 mins late. I was taken right in,(bwt my apt was at 12:30?) so by the time i completed my paperwork it was about 12:40 which includes the 4-5 mins i was late. Staff was very nice and pleasant but by the time i got into my room and my therapist entered it was another 5 mins. Well to sum it all up i always check my clocks before my massage and when my massage was complete only 40 mins had passed. Some may say well it was only ten minutes and i say i felt cheated out of my whole hour massage. I dont like feeling rushed and that is how i felt after the 40 min massage was done

This was my first time getting a professional massage and I absolutely loved it. The spa is new, clean, and its in a great location. The staff was very friendly and my masseuse was fantastic. I purchased a membership so that I can continue going once a month!

I have never experience a full body massage due to personal preference, but I was told by a friend to experience Hand & Stone. I must say that my friend did not let me down. The spa is very beautiful and tranquil in appreance and the staff was very pleasant. My massage was ideal for it being my first time. I am hooked and I will go again and again.

After a stressful week I decided to make an appointment at a new spa that just opened in my area. The employee that answered my call was prompt and extremely courteous. He was able to book my appointment for that same day. That afternoon I entered a spa that was decorated very nicely. I was greeted with a smile and I was told how happy they were to have me there. I was asked to fill out some forms. Within seconds of filling out my forms, my masseuse named Tony greeted me in the lobby and took me to the room. The massage room was also decorated very nicely. The pictures of the water and the trees gave the room a relaxing atmosphere. My masseuse gave me a 50 minute relaxation massage. It is the best massage I have ever had! The massage alleviated my neck pain, and it was soothing and relaxing. Once the massage was done I was given a bottle of water, and walked back to the lobby. The front desk staff asked if my experience was enjoyable, and I told them that I would definately be back. I will recommend this spa to all of my friends.
