I've been getting massages for years and to be honest, I'm particular about massage.
I was skeptical about a "chain" massage studio, but honestly, after dealing with the difficulties of scheduling with private practitioners, I thought I'd give this place a try. I liked that they are closed to my home and are open 7 days a week with appointments late into the evening.
I have to say I was really impressed. Surprisingly so. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was "higher end" than I would have expected in a strip mall, and the therapist was very skilled and professional.

After dealing with Massage Elements now I need a massage to relax.
I called to book an appointment as a first time customer. I booked an appointment for $55 each (2 of us). Went to the appointment. My wife liked her massage, mine was less relaxing, but she did get at some knots. I had a 55 minute appointment starting at 9AM... I was back in the waiting room at 9:50 thus shorted 10% of my massage time.
I gave the receptionist my $100 spa finder gift card and my credit card to pay the remaining $10 + tips. Today I found the credit card was billed for $40 more then it should have been.
I called and was told "We billed you at the proper rate because the introductory rate is not valid with spa finder certificates." This information was NEVER conveyed on the phone, nor when I checked in, nor when I provided the gift certificate.
I have had massages on cruise ships, and at various places around the USA never once before have I had someone try to charge me a different rate, let alone argue that thats what they should charge and they "Didn't do anything wrong".

Not only is your spa beautiful and relaxing, your knowledge of the effects on fibromialgia allowed you to select the best therapist and the perfect treatment and level of touch needed during my last three visits. Knowing you're there to help is a very good feeling. I look forward to my next massage!
