About Springs Resort & Spa
Nestled on 35 acres along the shores of the San Juan River in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, The Springs Resort & Spa is surrounded by verdant meadowlands and mountain vistas. The resort's centerpiece is its 23 soaking pools, which guests have access to around the clock, containing therapeutic, mineral-rich natural waters from the Great Pagosa Aquifer, said to be the world's deepest and largest hot spring. The on-site spa provides treatments that enhance the healing benefits of thermal waters with quality product lines like Eminence, Yonka, Sesderma, Cha'e, and Australian Gold.
Open since 1961, the Gold LEED-certified resort is undergoing a $250-million expansion, which already includes the new 29-room ECOLUXE hotel. An organic café serves light lunch fare and snacks.
Set at the foot of the Wolf Creek Ski Area, the resort provides seasonal recreation activities year-round.

Illuminated by soft mood lighting and candlelight, interiors of the 6,000-square-foot spa at The Springs Resort elegantly draw the outdoors in with decorative elements like earthy hues, serene waterfall features, and sprays of flowers. Upon arrival, guests are ushered into a private waiting lounge to relax and sip mint, cucumber, or fruit-flavored water refreshments.
There are eight massage rooms and three aesthetician rooms, where guests unwind with treatments like the Wrath of the Rockies deep-tissue massage, Romance in the Rockies couple's massage, the Hot & Cool Stone Facial, and the Parafango or Gingerfango Wrap. Couples, men, and moms-to-be have a selection of services from which to choose; families are invited to spa together with kid-friendly therapies like the Little Princess and the Larkspur. Hair and nail care, waxing and tinting, and microdermabrasion are also available. Alternative menu options include chiropractic services and the six-week Steamy Wonder weight-loss package.
