I loved everything about this spa! My husband and I were at Charter Sports across the hall one day and heard some peaceful music from across the hallway. When we walked in we were instantly impressed. We had a walk around and chatted with the friendly staff for a bit before deciding to book and appointment for the next day. Our massages were incredible! The staff catered to our needs. After our massage we took a dip in the heated pool and enjoyed the hot tubs while it snowed. I would recommend this spa to anyone looking for a quaint mountain spa experience.

Great location! Staffs are very friendly and the facilities are No.1 in Breck (shower, hot tub, and steam room). The full body one-hour massage treatment I received after 2 hard ski days surely were refreshing and relieved all my aches & pains. The lavender oil also keeps my skin smooth instead of flaky as I often experienced in the extreme cold & dry mountain environment. Definitely will go back and highly recommend!

The worst massage I have ever had!! I left the spa feeling violated by masseur!! The masseur sat on the table while massaging and had me hold up my legs to massage them (which is not relaxing)!! I have about three massages a year and this was absolutley the worst!! I felt uncomfortable to tell the owner after the massage because the staff was sitting in the waiting room when I came out! Very uncomfortable & I will never go back!!

I am very sorry to read of your experience. I would like to speak to you to understand what could have happened. I have spoken to the therapist you had and we are both puzzled. This therapist is one of our top staff and says the only way he would have asked you to raise your leg was if you had a specific concern. I see that the day you came was Valentine's Day and I know we were busy but really would have liked to know your concerns at that time (or a phone call) so I could address it.

I had treatments at this spa on two seperate occasions in the past year. Great setting away from main street and so accommodating. The owner went out of her way to add on friends of mine at the last minute as well as modify treatments for our girls' day out. Treatments are top notch and very reasonably priced for resort area. Will be back for sure!!

The spa's atmosphere set the tone for me right away...with mood lighting, relaxing music, and personable staff I felt like a queen for a day. This was the best massage i've ever had and enjoyed being able to use the steam room! I also thoroughly enjoyed the pedi/mani services and being able to spend an entire day at the spa. You will immediately relax and feel a sense of calm when you enter our spa as it is fragranced with only the finest aromatherapy oils and decorated in deep, rich chocoates and reds and oil paintings from all local artists. We have 5 treatment rooms, including a nail studio. In addition your "10,000 ft elevation spa journey" would not be complete without use of our steam rooms, large in-ground heated conversation tubs and heated swimming pool.
Because of our facilities, we are also able to cater to large groups, from guys/girls weekend trips to family reunions to bridal parties to corporate events. We will work with you to customize and create a memorable spa experience that exceeds your every expectation.
