    The spa experience begins with clients picking out their own spa animal slippers and selecting a favorite tea from lifestream's hot tea bar or even a glass of wine. Clients then stroll through archways to the quiet waiting area where they'll be met with a warm neck wrap for relaxation. The massage and facial rooms have accent walls of candles, while the body treatment room has its own shower for complete privacy. Whether clients choose the spa's 60-minute massages, a monticelli mud wrap, or the HydraFacial skin resurfacing treatment, the spa's goal is for everyone to renew and reconnect. Lifestream's interiors are unique and highlighted with one-of-a-kind art created by a local artist and hand-carved teak furniture.

My Husband and I came to Livestream in June of this year for his birthday as well as for our anniversary. As soon as you entered you already knew the experience would be great. The aroma was amazing. We loved the soft plush slippers. And the we HIGHLY recommend the parrafin (sp?) for feet. The full body massages in the dim lighting was amazing and the water to finish up was very refreshing. An hour of this a month makes you ready to tackle anything! Thank you for the amazing first experience.

The ambiance when you walk in is relaxing but fun, no snobby over the top reception area with overinflated egos or bloated self importance. You put on a pair of amazingly comfortable spa socks and your choice of animal slippers which makes your drink selection that much more exciting in the relaxation lounge. I opted for some hot green tea from their own private label, which was served in a wicked cool cup. They also offered guests cold tea, water, and mimosas so there is something for everyone. My facial was absolutely fantastic! The products used smelled exquisite and each process made my skin feel refreshed. The extractions didn't hurt, and now almost a week later I've seen a dramatic reduction in my mild acne, something I've been dealing with for almost a decade. This place is the ultimate win for anyone looking to find a new spa "home" or is looking for a place to send a loved one for some pampering. I will be a repeat customer and I might just drag my boyfriend along for a much needed massage. The owners knew exactly what they were doing when they created this haven. If you're not going to Lifestream, you're wasting your money!

AMAZING! I absolutely fell in love with this place and the staff. Sonja, the owner, was gracious enough to take me as a last minute walk-in. As soon as I walked in her and Rachel were all smiles (considering I was a few minutes late due to my taxi driver going 2 m/hr). I was given slip on socks and asked to choose a pair of animal slippers. My elephant slippers really put me in a fun and relaxed mood from the start. Sonja gave me my massage and it was incredible! She was extremely attentive to areas I told her were sore spots, however she did not overspend time on any one particular area which made my massage feel evenly distributed. Our conversation was lovely and I truly felt she enjoys what she does (she is not your typical spa owner). Next, Alyssa (I hope I am spelling that correctly) did my facial. She had the softest hands! It was fabulous. I can also say to go for the paraffin wax on the hands and feet; it truly is super relaxing and it leaves your hands and feet feeling soft and as if you just got a mani/pedi. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I was not pushed into buying any retail at the front desk or even asked about purchasing anything (i read other reviews that said they experienced this) whichI appreciated. I did end up purchasing the hydramemory hydramask cream gel. Alyssa used them on me and not only do the products smell amazing I have received 3 compliments since leaving the spa from random people that my skin is glowing. The products are not expensive either. Definitely give this place a try. They have a great deal of $59 intro sale for facial or massage (although I didn't even know that until it was time for me to pay.) My experience was worth regular price!

every visit is perfect! I've been to Lifestream multiple times, twice for a facial and several massages. They really pay attention to details. Before my service I always love their hot tea and dried fruit and nut snacks. I always try to get there early to relax with my tea in the lounge. Today's fabulous masseuse was Diana, but really, everyone is amazing. Their products have nice light scents (I am very sensitive to fragrance), the hot towels are perfectly used, and the massage rooms are all so beautiful. The facials were very relaxing, and I love that I was offered a spa robe to change into while there. The property is clean and well kept. When I go to Lifestream, I KNOW that I will get an awesome (not just good) treatment.

I was appalled at the very poor treatment over the phone by the owner Michael of my wife and I on Mothers day. His unprofessional treatment left us stressed and angered on a day we should be relaxing. The story... Michael angrily berated me on the phone and complained at length on *all* the customers that have no respect for him when I was simply trying to confirm a Sunday appointment in advance due to confusion on if they were open on Mother's Day Sunday (their voicemail and website clearly stated they were closed). When I responded that I was shocked he was responding this way and tried to respond... he hung up on me! INEXCUSABLE! Lifestream's average spa and fuzzy slippers are definitely not worth the risk of experiencing the disgruntled owners wrath.

LifeStream Wellness Spa considers days like Mother's Day and Father's Day to be special occasions, and while normally closed on Sundays we assured you we'd be open for the holiday when you booked and were confirmed for your appointment the day prior. All voice-mails are promptly replied to every morning, just as we responded to your voice-mail on the very busy Mother's Day this year. While we regret that you and your wife were unable to come in and enjoy our spa, all of our other clients who kept their appointments had a wonderful time and each left with a gift from our bath salt bar. One lucky client even won a $225 basket.

As part of my best friend's bridal shower, we wanted to incorporate a spa day. I found this spa on spafinder and decided to pay it a visit before booking the location for a bridal shower party. At first glance, the shopping plaza does not look appealing, but please DO NOT TURN AWAY! Upon walking into the spa, I was in love with the ambiance. Spa owner Mike and wife Sonja were very pleasant to deal with. They were available to answer all questions and assisted us with decorating the room for our event. We all enjoyed our services and the bride-to-be had an amazing time. They also treated our party with a complimentary platter of sweet treats. I am someone who reads reviews before going to places, but at times find some opinions to be extremely high maintenance. Word of advice is to try it out for yourself. Your experience may be different especially if you are treat someone with kindness, you will also reap the rewards. Mike and Sonja, thank you again for making our event a success. I went to Lifestream the first day of a much needed vacation. I was nervous about it as many of my travel plans had already proven disappointing. I was immediately put at ease. The facility was beautiful and I was met by soothing and wonderful people. For face/body work, I strongly recommend Gina. She is so knowledgeable and skilled! Lifestream is my favorite spa in the county. The owners and employees go out of their way to accommodate their guests at this beautiful retreat. The experience is a cut above with tranquil decor, beautiful relaxation areas, and well-appointed treatment rooms. Their spa experience includes fuzzy socks and slippers, gourmet teas, and warm scented neck wraps while you get settled in for your appointment. The massages are my favorite with the stone massage being a special experience. The employees/owners make you feel especially welcome and will customize packages to meet your specific needs. Prices are very competitive with other quality spas, especially if you purchase multi-visit packages (highly recommended). A visit here is something to look forward to ALL week.

I found this spa from a sparahrah deal. It was an excellent deal so I decided to give it a try. At first I was a little skeptical because it is located in a strip mall right off a busy street. Doesn't seem to be relaxing when you arrive, but once inside it is cute and quaint. Animal slippers, mimosas, and neck pillows are all great touches. Negatives...1. my massage therapist did talk a bit too much during the service, and 2. they try to sell products during checkout. I bought the absolute pearl face cream that was quite pricey ($100 for a little jar) and it actually irritated my skin.

The furry friend slippers and wine to relax pre-massage defiinitely was an added touch to the massage. All of us were very satisfied and relaxed afterwards...even heard comments from a few that this was the "best massage" they had ever had! Sonya, the owner, even gave us names of nice venues for drinks, food, and partying. Everyone was very hospitable and welcoming. i am a repeat lifestream guest and while i cant add much to what has already been said, i will say that this business renews my belief in american entrepreneurism and the beauty of making one's dreams a reality. every little detail in this spa adds to the experience, from the slippers, drinks, and neck pillow on arrival to the celebration of local artist talent in the complementary items sold that you notice on departure ... and of course the actual experience itself, with excellent therapists, beautiful music, and chic but warm decor. i love how the owners keep trying new things and making the experience better each day. besides having loads of relaxation when i go for massage, i also feel so inspired to go start a business and make my clients this happy. well done to the wife-husband owners for such a wonderful experience.

I visited LifeStream Wellness on July 6th with my mother-in-law and 2 teen daughters. The staff is exceptional. My massage by Dana was heavenly. All of us loved the enviroment; it was very calming and relaxing. I had a sparahrah deal and went to visit. This spa is just a little gem. It is located in a small strip shopping center, but you leave all that behind when you enter. The techs were great. I think they are doing some expansion. I would love for them to put in a steam, sauna and shower so it is more of a destination day spa. Outside of that, it was heavenly.

My husband & I visited this spa on the last day of our honeymoon and let me say we couldn't imagine going anywhere else!! My husband & I had an appointment for a couples massage which made me a little nervous since this was his first massage ever! When I called to make the appointment Sonya was MORE than helpful by obtaining as much information as possible to be prepared for my husband's first treatment. I explained that he was playing in a golf tournament that weekend that he needed to relax for and she noted all the areas that would need extra attention. She even recommended a excellent restaurant for us to have lunch in the area. When we arrived the young lady at the front desk welcomed us and was extremely friendly! We then met Sonya & Amy (who would be my husband's tech) and they were so excited about out visit. My husband who was very skeptical was immediately relaxed with the hot neck wrap...and Sonya, Amy & I promised him that he would be the biggest believer in spa treatments once Amy was done and we were right. HE LOVED IT!!!! Amy made him feel very comfortable and Sonya was the best. We will DEFINITELY visit this spa next time we're in the area! Thanks for making my husband a believer!!!!!

Sooo relaxing!! Alveeta truly is a gifted masseuse! It was the best massage I have ever had and spas are a big part of my budget. Inside is very peaceful and beautifully appointed. The warm neck pillow and tea selections are top rate additions. The facial was up to par. My only suggestion is that the staff wear flats so we don't hear the clicking of high heels on the beautiful wood floors while in the relaxation room. I will be back for a massage every time I am in town.

I love facials, and took advantage of a gift certificate I had for one, it was divine. Sonja personalized the treatment to my skin type and the lotions and oils feel and smell great. I purchased an eye cream and moisturizer from the Comfort Zone line they carry and have been using it for just over a week, I have already noticed a marked difference in the look and feel of my skin! I can't wait to go back and try the hydrafacial! Everything is so relaxing and comfortable - I never felt rushed and was completely stress-free by the end of my appointment. Can't recommend Lifestream highly enough.

I went to the spa for some relief for my back and anxiety level. My massage was fantastic and one of the best massages. One thing that did bother me was that I could hear what was going on outside the door while I was having my massage. I have a terrible inability to relax and the talking outside the door made it difficult.

Let me begin by saying that I'm addicted to facials & massages. I travel a lot for work so I'm always staying at nice hotels where I usually spend my weekends in their spas. After visiting Lifestream, I must say that I am impressed that this is a local spa! The luxury of Lifestream is comparable to that of a 5-star international resort even! I was most impressed with the Hydrafacial. Sonia was very well-versed about her product and about the health of my face and skin. The hydrafacial is BETTER than any microdermabrasion or other facial treatment I've had before. I had spots and discolorations when I went in yesterday to Lifestream and somehow, I woke up this morning with a gorgeous even-tone. My skin is simply radiant. I am hooked!!! Prices were what I would expect to pay for quality.

I have been to this spa three times now and I really love it. The customer service is excellent, the atmosphere is tranquil and the treatments are phenomenal. I love going to the spa and this is my new favorite place. They had hot cider for the holidays and a great assortment of teas to begin my experience. I was there yesterday (Christmas Eve) and I had an amazing facial with Gina. I also had a "treat the feet" add on (a foot massage and paraffin was), which was fantastic! I also had a massage with Sonja, which was also very, very good. As I said before, this was my third visit, and I always am made to feel like a VIP when I go there. The staff goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable and to ensure I have a great experience. I highly recommend Lifestream. You will not be disappointed!

I recently visited this spa for a facial. It was a great experience from the minute I entered. The staff is friendly, attentive and pampering. The treatment was excellent without any irritation to my ultrasensative skin. I would absolutely return and recommend to friends.

For my first visit to the spa, I read the four reviews for spas in the Ft. Lauderdale area and I chose the Lefestream Wellness Spa. I used my birthday gift certificate and I chose the hydrafacial with Gina and it was so invigorating and uplifting that I made an appointment for a Mediterranean body wrap, that was even better! The spa staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive. The whole atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant at the same time. The decor was natural with very unique features and the wine was an extra. treat. Can't wait to come back to Ft Lauderdale to return to this spa and my newly-made friends.

"Tranquil and Restorative - describes my experience at Lifestream... I arrived at the spa having just finished a half-marathon (and won second!) and immediately felt a sense of peace and relaxation beyond expectations. The attention to detail from the cozy foot slippers to the aromas, candles and light music... the calming art pieces, hardwood floors and natural colors of the lounges and treatment rooms created a space to relax and unwind the mental and physical stress I had just endured hours previously... For anyone wishing to escape from the everyday, to meditate or rejuvenate, I highly recommend this fantastic spa - best of all, the treatment I had was excellent (and given by the owner herself) - I highly encourage those getting a body massage to add on the 'treat the feet'!! You will have no regrets:) The herbal loose-leaf teas and complimentary mimosas were also much appreciated! Thank you lifestream! See you again."

I paid $230 for myself and my best friend to have a 60 minute massage and the Treat the Feet treatment, which did not turn out to be the luxury we hoped for. Let me start with the positives. Positives - nice atmosphere, treated well upon arrival with luxury socks and fun slippers and a heated neck wrap which we enjoyed while waiting for our massages in comfy chairs. They offered us beverages as well which is a nice touch. Negatives - 1. The addition of the Treat the Feet treatment is $30 accompanied by a massage and includes a paraffin dip, hot towel wrap, and a 15 minute foot massage. Unfortunately neither my friend or myself received a 15 minute foot rub and our massage time was eaten up with the application and removal of the paraffin, etc... Don't waste your money on this option, not worth it and it takes away from your massage. 2. Sam was my friends masseuse. My friend requested she focus on upper back, neck, and shoulders and skip the legs. Sam told her that was a long time to spend on one area and my friend said you can do the legs a little if you want. Sam ended up spending 70% of the time on her legs, the part she didn't want done and very little time on the areas she requested. 3. Amy, my masseuse, listend to my request of focusing on the upper back, neck and shoulders and did a nice job. I did tell her at the begining that I liked a lot of pressure and asked her twice during the massage to increase the pressure but she never quite got there. Overall I did enjoy the massage just wished it had been a bit deeper. 4. When I called to complain that I'd felt cheated with the Treat the Feet option the manager acted as if I was lying and was a little argumentative with me, not at all how a spa manager should treat a customer. As compensation they offered us a discount on a return visit, but I live in Michigan and my friend lives in Boca Raton and based on the managers rudeness it is highly unlikely that we will return. I believe the customer is always right but she apparently does not.

The best facial I have ever had! I am more of a massage junkie but the hydrofacial is amazing. Definitely worth the money and better than Micro dermabrasion. Fantastic Massage therapists with tranquil setting. Alison the Zumba instructor is awesome! What a great work-out and learn to dance at the same time. A must try!!!

I have very sensitive skin so I am always very timid to try a new spa and their products. Upon my arrival to Lifestream I was greeted with a nice atmosphere and the owner who already knew my name! While enjoying a glass of wine in the relaxation room I had a brief consultation with the young lady doing my facial. She made sure to check every single product she would have used on me to see if there were products in them i could not use! Not only was it a great facial the mini massage that she gave me had me wanting more! I plan on making an appointment for tomorrow for a full hour! Great prices, great staff, and fun slippers! Love this place!

AWESOME ! I had a Med. Nutriional wrap, my skin feels great. The spa had many nice touches, very clean, animal slippers, herbal tea, knew my name when I walked in, heated neck wrap. The staff was super. I cannot wait to come back.

Was definitely surprised after I got into this place, in a great way. Unique choice of fun slippers was a nice touch :) Free mimosas and heated neck wrap while you fill out the short paperwork. And then I had one of the best massages of my life - and I used to get monthly massages and still get them often. Therapist was amazing and actually listened to what I wanted. No extra charges for deep tissue. I recommended her to all my friends and will definitely be going back!!!

This spa is pleasantly calm and inviting. The staff are wonderful and you are pampered from the moment you step into the spa until the moment you walk out! I loved relaxing with a glass of wine and my warm neck wrap in the tranquility room before my treatment started. I also loved the fact that they have you put on animal slippers, it takes you out of everyday life. It was just what I needed and I will definitely be back!

My experience at this spa is like no other! I drove all the way from Boynton Beach for my massage experience. It was the featured spa on Spa Finder. IT WAS SO WORTH THE DRIVE!!! The staff is super nice. They are so professional and you can tell they have plenty of experience. The atmosphere is so beautiful and calming. I was treated like royalty. From the moment you walk through the door they are trying to put you in that "relaxation mode", and they do a great job at it. I received the Scalp Hands and Feet massage. IT WAS AMAZING! It has to be the best massage I have ever recieved. Usually I am very sore after a massage....not this time. I feel sooo relaxed. The owner was there and actually performed the massage on me. She was amazing! I will defiantly will be taking my husband there for Fathers day! And the oils smelt great. They were not to strong for my sensitive nose at all. O0o and you have to wear the slippers when you go...so cute. As well as the worlds most comfy socks! I can not wait to book my next appointment! This is a must do, if massages are your thing!

It was nice going into a spa that didn't make me feel out of place. Lifestream is very warm and inviting and some of the friendliest people I have ever met. I especially liked Mimosa Saturday after a long hard week of work and you definitely get spoiled even before you go into their rooms for a massage. Just be aware that you have to pick out some crazy animal slippers before your treatment and they want take no for an answer if you try to get out of wearing them. But the guy at the front was right; you can’t have a bad day with a pair of Tigers on your feet. The massage was great and I’ll definitely be back.
