My friend and I enjoyed our visit to this spa. They treated us like friends. Their prices are much less than most spas in this area and they have a good variety of services to choose from. I look forward to going back soon.

My friend & I paid for the best mani/pedi services offered but instead recieved a pitiful POLISH job that STARTED CHIPPING THE NEXT DAY! The somewhat unsociable male did almost everything & was repeatedly distracted by taking care of his wife.[only 2 staff there](She was VERY kind but in a complete state of delirium. and seemed to suffer from dimentia i.e-*wanted to work on my cuticles on fingernails to pass time when MY HANDS WERE WRAPPED IN WAX/PLASTIC.-*missed clipping/filing every nail (even started filing/clipping/cleaning under HER own nails w/ SAME TOOL that had been used for my hands & would've been used on me again had i not stopped her) *didn't know what French Manicure was!?- *often wandered about, forgetting what she was doing.(a little unsettling to discover that she was their licensed hypnotherapist!)
i hate to be so negative when she was so sweet, but it was the abounding ineptitudes of their business practice--NOT her personality-that was so disappointing.NO jewels/stickers/detail polish- just very limited selection of solid colors. My friend & i had our feet scalded in the water & less than 2 mins of lotion slopped on our feet. NOT the relaxing soak & massage i paid for. My bf's 8 y/o did a better job for free.

I have been to a number of day spas throughout the southeast. This spa is different. It has the feel of being at home. The staff is very helpful, friendly and fun.
My massage was one of the best I have ever had and my facial was very relaxing. I also had the aroma steam therapy and a pedicure. I cannot say enough good things about my experience.

Someone recommended this place and said it was wonderful. I was expecting it to be clean and comfortable, but I wasn't expecting the personal attention that I received. Everyone that worked there was super friendly and attentive to my every need.
My massage was the best I have ever had. And, the facial was also awsome. I also had a "full body smoothie" which was to die for. My skin was soft and smooth like a baby,
I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

This was the worst spa experience I ever encountered. It was in a extremely small business office, no spa ambience whatsoever. My fiance had purchased the "couple's day spa" package for our anniversary. When I kindly asked the lady what this entailed, she got extremely rude with me, and when I pointed out her inappropriate behavior, it only spiraled. Next thing I know, we're literally in an argument. Who does that to their customer!? All I was trying to do was see what services my fiance had spent his money on. I immediately asked to speak to a manager, and he listened to me, though he didn't seem too terribly concerned. As far as the service, there was nothing "couple" about the "couple's day spa" package. The only time we were together was when we were waiting for an exceptionally long time in the "waiting" room. The massage was awful and the facial was only so-so. So not only did we waste our money, they ruined our anniversary.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your experience at our spa. We strive to make every client's visit and enjoyable one, but sometimes we are not as successful as we would like. We do not offer a "couples package", since we do not offer couples massage. The closest package we have is our "Tea for Two" package that contains a massage, mini-facial, back salt scrub and aroma steam therapy for both people. However, the clients are never in the same room at the same time. Perhaps this is the source of the misunderstanding.

I got on the web and read about this spa. Boy, what a disappointment! It was a small office suite and it just didn't feel like a spa at all. My massage was average I guess, but again, atmosphere was missing. Also, that staff were in street clothes and the owners were doing a lot of the work themselves. Very sweet people, but if you're looking for a spa "experience" don't bother! I would go back if I were strapped for time or cash and just HAD to have something done.
