I think the review for the Mt. Clemens location does not do the Shelby location justice. They have it right! The staff there are friendly, quick to accommodate you with last minute requests. The stylists, nail techs and Stephanie the spa specialist are all wonderful people. When I moved out here 3 years ago I had to find a new place to go - which most of you know is a daunting task. This spa exceeded my expectations and continues to do so. I got all of my sisters and nieces spa cards for Christmas this year.

As it was, I had a hard time getting an appointment 8 days in advance. Then, I was given a call to confirm the appointment and the voice mail message confirmed the wrong location AND service. When I called to try and correct the problem, I could not get through the telephone line and was connected to a voice mail twice. After 3 hours of me leaving messages, I still had not received a return phone call. What terrible customer service. I plan to cancel my appointment when I finally get through. These services are supposed to be relaxing, not more stress to schedule!
