SPRING A Natural Hot Mineral Spring Resort, The

I've been coming here for the past 10 years and I cherish it as my secret haven in the desert whenever I feel I need to re-connect with myself. I am in love with this resort, it feels so private, intimate, warm and indulgent. The staff is always really friendly and I love that they remember me every time I come back. The Spring holds special memories for me and I highly recommend it to anyone for any occasion. The spa treatments are also fantastic. Nothing but love for The Spring!

First and foremost, the water! It is addictive. I could not get enough of how wonderful their water tastes.It is a perfect place to bring a book, sit out at the pool and drink their water.I was told by some employees and locals that the spa sits on Miracle Hill which is an ancient Indian Burial ground. In some homes the water that comes out of the tap is so hot that they need a cooler to bring it to a bearable temperature.The women who live on Miracle Hill have the most radiant skin. The high mineral content does wonders for the skin.Yes! I highly recommend this place. And since it is so small it won't get too crowded.

Just a small spa and it is wonderful, I love the fire outside by the pool, the staff are fantastic. I really love mineral springs, I like to soak up the sun and the pool is also a mineral spring at 90 degrees warmth. It is very beautiful and I highly recommend staying 2 days, it will make you feel like your walking on a cloud.

Very peaceful and secluded, no distrubing sounds, aside the gardeners. Very impressive appearance, but the staff didn't seem to sale the facility. It had alot of emities. I would like to treat a friend at this point! Very nice, it was a special day.

My girlfriends and I get together once a year and this is the spa we go to everytime.We love the atmosphere and it is so relaxing. They let you hang out by the pools as long as you want.

We visited there after golfing.It took us about 30 min from Palm Desert where we stayed but it was worthy.We relaxed in the mineral pools and had a massage.We took a nice sauna after a massage.We will go back there again when we visit Palm Desert !

I have been meaning to write this review for quite some time now. This place was absolutely the most amazingly relaxing place I have ever been. As soon as I walked in the door, everyone at The Spring was so unbelievably kind and relaxing themselves that it made us feel at home right away. We got the Desert View Villa and it surpassed our farthest expectations. It is off of the grounds of the actual pools, other rooms, etc.. The Villa is sooooo spacious (there were three of us, myself, my boyfriend and a great friend), there are two bedrooms each with their own showers, an iPod dock to where you can relax and have your music a bit loud if you like, since you are literally in your own house off of the actual premesis of the rest of the resort. The Villa is about 6 houses down a sidestreet right across from the resort. We saw Roadrunners and Gambel's Quails right outside of the kitchen window, which by the way has a mountain in view out in the distance where you would swear you were in Hawaii...one of the most beautiful mountains you will ever see (especially when the sun is going down). I'll try to cut this a bit shorter, but I can not express enough how happy you will be once you get there. The pools themselves are perfect. The swimming pool always at just the right temp, the hot tub with the strongest jets to where you won't need to purchase a message, becaue you will get one from the super powerful jets in the tub. Then of course, the middle tub was used for healing purposes worldwide decades ago. Basically, when you walk through the doors to The Spring, and you see how magnificant the view/environment is around you, how beautiful the people are that are helping you, and how good and healing the springs are themselves, you will be going back there for the rest of your life. : )

Very relaxing day spa in the mountains outside of Palm Springs (Desert Hot Springs). Fabulous massage, nice staff, lovely relaxing surroundings. Overall a great experience.

Completely rejuvenating experience. We stayed for 2 nights and I feel like a new person. The stress is completely gone from my body. This is the most romantic and beautiful location I have found in the desert. The view in every direction is therapeutic just in itself. The rooms are perfectly done. Contemporary in style and in soft colors. No clutter here - just beauty. We stayed up very late each night using the sauna and going from pool to pool and sitting under the stars. It was magic. We had spa treatments in the morning and they were just perfect as well. The staff are all wonderful. Discreet, helpful, polite and always available when you want them. The breakfast was very satisfying and healthy. After we checked out, we went to Cabot's Museum at their suggestion and I highly recommend taking the trip up the hill to their gift shop. A good selection of well done original artwork there. We will definitely be returning. Loved every minute of our stay

My boyfriend and I got clay & sandalwood wraps here. This service was highly recommended, and it was fine but not great. The atmosphere and surroundings were nice and peaceful. But for a spa in desert hot springs, the hot mineral water we tried to relax in before the treatment was not up to par. The water was barely warm and we had to wait almost 15 minutes for it to heat up (and it still wasn't hot enough).
