Skin Sense - Falls of Neuse

Good facials and great products.

The Falls of Neuse Skin Sense is my favorite Spa. I get waxings, facials, some body treatments, and massages there. The people are friendly, and the waiting room is very relaxing. The tea is very good. I've been going to this location for at least 10 years. I am not a big fan of the Brier Creek location, even though it is closer to me. I had a painful waxing experience there -- the waiting room there is also very tiny and not as comfortable.

Really nice place. I have got a precise, detailed job for a facial, the massage was excellent, and both the hot stones and aroma therapy oils are worth trying. Nice, very relaxing environment, helpful staff. This is a day spa I would recommend to anyone.

This is my third facial with MK, and she is absolutely fabulous. She recommends treatments and products that she thinks will improve my skin, and so far she has been dead on target. My skin is glowing. I have already scheduled my next appointment with her.

I have been a client of Skin Sense, A Day Spa for a few months already I come here about 2 to maybe 4 times a month. I love the atmosphere this place has and all of the amenities they have available for you. I get everything done here from massage to waxing and I like the work they do here.

Wedding registry on their website didn't work after sending link out to friends and family. Co-workers went in person to the spa and purchased a gift card for us. We used if for a couples massage at the Skin Sense Brier Creek location in Raleigh. Worst massage I've ever had. I actually felt rushed! A year later (last weekend) I decided to give them another try. One girl was working the desk at the time, and she was very slow, and had a line of people, causing me to be almost 10 minutes late for my massage. My masseuse, was wonderful. One of the best massages I've ever had. I was so happy that I booked a Shiro Dhara treatment for the next Wednesday while I was checking out. I showed up for my appointment on Wednesday, and they were having trouble finding my appointment. She took me aside, so apologetic. She said she didn't know what happened, but my appointment wasn't in the system. She said she could get me in at another location that evening, but it was too far for me. I explained to her all of my issues and how ridiculous. that this was ridiculous. I thanked her for trying to accommodate me, but I no longer felt like giving them my business. She insisted she would have the director call me...which never happened.

I visited Skin Sense for a pedicure and eye brow wax. Being 8 months pregnant, I needed a little indulgence! The staff was wonderful and the pedicure ultra relaxing! I look forward to visiting again soon.

I went here as a special day for myself. I liked it, and felt like a queen, but they did try to push products with each service. At the end, I kindly declined all of the products that were waiting at the front desk for me. All in all, a good experience, and the staff were all very friendly and seemed knowledgable.

I have been going to Skin Sense for 3 years and absolutely love it!!! The rewards program is the best around. It is so easy to accumulate and redeem rewards points. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have had pedicures, manuicures, a variety of body treatments and am a regular wax client. My estetician is the best and I don't know what I would do if she ever leaves. You can not go wrong with Skin Sense!!!!

I love the relaxation room! It is very cozy and quite. I never feel rushed. I have visited the spa several times and I have only been disappointed once. I think I had a new massage therapist, although she was nice, I did not like the service. Upon checkout, the front desk staff asked about my visit and I told them about the experience. They were very apologetic and discounted my service. Ihave returned several time since then and will continue to do so! I love Skin Sense

I have been going to spas for years, as a treat to myself. Skin Sense on Falls is my go to favorite. Sure I have tried treatments at other spas, and their not bad, but I always return to Skin Sense. The atmosphere is relaxing, and I am in love with their Russian Tea. The treatments and staff are relaxing and knowledgeable. What I really like about Skin Sense is their rewards program, that rewards you with points for paying for treatments, buying products, and my favorite booking online. I have recommended Skin Sense to many a friends.

I've been going to Skin Sense for a variety of treatments for the past 8 years or more. I've visited them for bikini waxes, pedicures and most recently massages and facials. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. I love the atmosphere and the variey of service options they offer. I've really enjoyed every service - especially the facials. I have sensitive, acne prone skin and the staff is always good about recommending prodcts for my problematic areas. They sell many of the products at fair prices as well. They will also provide samples if available so you can try before you buy. They offer lovely robes and warm neck wraps while you wait for your massage or facial. They have fresh fruit and hot tea available in the lounge. The lighting is dim and there is lovely aromatherapy to get you relaxed as soon a you walk through the doors. I highly recommend Skin Sense to anyone looking for a very professional, relaxing, rejuvinating experience in the Raleigh/Cary area!

I have been to this spa on several different occasions. I have always felt welcomed, pampered, and completely catered to. I have enjoyed each experience and has always been satisfied with the services I received. I would definitely recomment this spa. There tea is the best tea I have ever had.
