I just had a 60 minute Swedish massage on Sat. Nov 7. It was wonderful. The room was quiet except for the relaxing music. I thought the facility was clean, and the staff professional. I live in Seattle so I can't be a regular, but I would if I lived in Portland. My massage therapist focused on a foot that I have chronic pain in, and it felt great to have her work out some of the pain.

Again, one star because 0 stars in not an option.
The space is dirty.
Most of the employee are unprofessional.
The services are way over priced for what you get.
I had a manicure from the shakiest girl ever! My nails turned out terrible. There were tons of air bubbles. I could have done a better job.
I paid for a 30 minute massage and only received a 20 minute massage. When another employee confronted my masseuse, she said, "It's my last day, I don't care." And that basically sums up the mentality of most of the employees.
If I could do it over, I would not set foot into that salon. I suggest you don't.

The staff was very nice, however I'm convinced they don't know what they are doing. I got a mani pedi and the nail polish came off the next day the girl doing my nails cut me twice with the cuticle cutter and the next day my cuticles where inflamed and peeling. I dont know what caused this. My make up was done fast, looked good from far away. But if you looked close you could tell it was done fast cause it was sloppy. Im sad that I wasted my spa finders here. But I did have fun with my friends!

The facility is ok fairly new ect. The receptionist was not someone I would picture working there to put it nicely. The lady who did my hair took 3+ hours. The whole time only asked about money 3 different times and was nice enough to ask if I was from around there very quiet and uncomfortable. English was not a strong point .....ok that was difficult. My hair turned out awful!!! orange and black I wanted Carmel and mocha. I had to pay even more money to fix it myself just so I could go in public. This place is outdated with an unstylish non English speaking staff, it was a huge waste.

I had a message and facial here and it was very relaxing and I really enjoyed myself. The staff couldn't of been more helpful. I would recommend more guys and gals to use there services. Couldn't Find a better SPA then Salon Nyla.Thanks for my opinion.

I was so excited to get a long awaited for massage. I got a SpaFinder gift certificate for my birthday and decided to try Salon Nyla. Big mistake. The massage itself was just fine, but I couldn't block out the noise enough to relax. I could hear the conversations of the people in the salon, as well as right outside the door. At one point in time somebody knocked on the door and poked their head in! Not cool. Also, something kept banging aginst the wall from the other room. I'm very sorry I wasted my $100 gift certificate here.
