I purchased a Groupon, which I wish I thought of reading the reviews here on SpaFinder first. Was very stupid of me, and I will never do again. First, the location you'll never find- but that's the least of it. When I walked in, the man at the desk who checked me in was the same person who did my massage- that was weird in itself. I think we were the only people in the office which made me immediately uncomfortable as soon as I walked into the massage room. The room was very not "spa like"- it had a box of tissues, Purell, no massage oil, and something else that made me very uncomfortable. My gut told me I should get up and leave but I didn't. I could not relax at all and felt tense the whole time and just wanted it over. How could a business expect women to feel comfortable and enjoy their experience in such an environment? It was awful, I will never go back, nor do I recommend to anyone. Do not waste your Groupons or time at this spa.

My wife and I bought a Groupon and scheduled an appointment for our massage. The staff members were polite, therapists were experienced, and the service was great. Great overall experience. We will be going back!

What an awkward massage! He litterally just rubbed my body all over, not actually massage it. Not to mention it was weird that he was the only one there- he checked me in, did the massage, and checked me out. Not what I expected at all. I definitely won't be going there again or recommending it to any friends!

While on business in Cooper City, I treated myself to a massage and foot treatment. It was a good experience, a way to relax. The staff was respectful, and I left satisfied. However, I can agree with some of the reviews that spa isn't in a typical location. Instead, the area feels a bit sterile, because it's a building with office suites.

The new place was definitely worth the wait! I had a bridal party with 9 of my closest friends here and it was amazing! Everything was perfect. I personally loved the foot treatment and massage! My best friend had a massage, scrub, wrap, and steam treatment! We were pampered and spoiled. I loved the fact that we could choose our own services & bring our own food. Their old place was really nice, but their new place is perfect! Love it!

This was my first massage. I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful and respectful. They answered all my questions and concerns regarding my medical condition. I was able to get an appointment right away. The location is great, warm and inviting. The massage was excellent. I felt great immediately after the massage. I am definitely going back! You get a great service in a beautiful place by experienced staff.

I have been a client for many years. The therapists are very professional and experienced. I love their new location. It is beautiful and very peaceful. They provide quality services and great prices.

It was not a spa at all. I have been to many different spas and never have I felt so uncomfortable. My appt. was on Sunday so there was know one else in the building. Just the male message therapist and myself. It was not a pleasant message at all for the money I spent.

I was very surprised to find out this was not an ACTUAL spa! It's an office building, with several office doors, one of which is setup for massages. Very strange! I had to look around to make sure this place was legit, I was searching for the FL License displayed somewhere..I found it on the wall in the 'supposed massage room', but I agree with a previous customer, the whole time I just felt uneasy, and was not able to fully relax. This massage was given to me as a gift through a recent groupon, and I would definitely not go back. You are led to believe this is an actual spa, and it is not. The whole experience creeped me out, would not do again.

I saw all the reviews and wanted to make three appointments for my friends and I. I have been calling and calling leaving message upon message and have not heard back from anyone. I call between the hours listed on this website and their website and still nothing. Very frustrating to waste my time.

After reading one comment I was not sure what I was going to experience. Well the atmosphere was great the actural massage experience was awesome. I have had many massages but this was by far the most expereienced massage I received. Not a "commercial" ordinary massage that you get from the average companies but one where the massage therapist knew what and where to work on to get the maximum benefit. This was a great experience and I have already been back again and the experience was awesome the second time as well.

After a three day car ride to get to my winter home, I was always stiff and sore. This year was different. I decided to look for a local spa. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. When I arrived I thought the place was small and plain compared to the spa I went to when I was still working. I discovered however that what it lacked in appearance was more than made up for by the quality of the staff. They were caring and knowledgeable and took all my medical problems into account.

I walked into an office building to find a reception desk. I told the woman where I was heading and she said to have a seat that "he'd" be right with me. I waited about 7 mins and then a man in scrubs came out to me. He asked me to ill out some paperwork with my basic information, so I did. Then he walked me into the office, passing doors on either side (individual offices), where we finally reached a room. It was a small office where the massage table and some chairs were set up. I did not like that the "spa" was a rented office inside of an office building. The entire massage, I could not relax. I felt like I was going to be taken advantage of. This place seemed like a scam the whole time. The only reason I went in the first place is because I found it on Groupon and bought the discounted massage. Don't go here, it's not a SPA!

I have to admit the ambience of this place alone wins over my vote. The friendly & attentive service also gets my vote. Overall a great place to visit. And the facial is to die for.
