I had a facial done by two different facialists and they were not the same. I had the same facial and yet they were not consistent with eachother. I felt the Spa Manager and the Front Desk Woman were very stuck up and felt that they were better than me. I was very disappointed in the service and all I could here when they placed me in their room while waiting was malicious gossip.
I came for a relaxing time on both occasions and got the same thing, gossip, talking poorly about other clients.
I facial all the time and never have I been mis treated until I came to this spa. I felt that they were unorganized and inconsistent with the same facial I had previously. I gave them the last chance and I would not recommend this spa to anyone.
There General Manager was of no help and she stands behind her employees and not what is best for the customer. I am sorry, but I would never patronize this spa ever again.
We had no idea that this guest was unhappy with her treatment. All of us here at Andreas Spa "go above and beyond" for every guest. This guest never contacted the Spa Director, had this been brought to her attention at the time of service the Spa Director would have addressed this issue and extended to the guest what we could do to make it right. Upon receiving this review I went back several months to look for this guest to call her and extend an invitation to return and found no such guest. We sincerely feel that this review is a fraudulent one. unfortunately we at Andreas as well as other companies have experienced disgruntled employees: with todays technology these methods of retaliation are becoming more frequent.
