Services

Rooted in ancient Indian healing wisdom, the Jiva Grande Spa at Taj Cape Town offers guests an extensive menu inspired by Indian aromatherapy and Ayurvedic therapies. Select treatments, including bespoke holistic staples exclusive to Jiva Grande, utilize organic products derived from Indian herbs and essential oils. The signature Cape Fynbos ritual blends clays and herbs native to Cape Town with baobab oil, sea salts, and shea butter.

There are eight treatment suites in the 650-square-meter spa: two designated for beauty services such as facials and nailcare; one for Ayurvedic signature consultations; four single massage rooms; and one dual massage suite with a Jacuzzi tub. Separate men's and women's locker rooms with hammams, vitality pools, and shower facilities allow guests to relax in style.

Exercise-minded guests have access to the 200-square-meter fitness center, which sports Technogym equipment and an indoor swimming pool. Yoga and meditation sessions are held in reserved pavilions.
