At the entrance courtyard of the Residence & Spa lies the Health and Beauty Institute, an Arabian-styled oasis designed with elaborately carved archways, soaring domes, and majestic towers. The Institute houses the 2,000-square-meter One&Only Spa, a traditional Oriental hammam, the Bastien Gonzalez Chiropody & Pedicure Center, the Zouari Hair Salon, and a 160-square-meter fitness center.

The spa has 11 treatment rooms, where guests can indulge in holistic massage, facials, body wraps, and scrubs that utilize ESPA products. Signature highlights include the Royal Mirage Ritual, a combination of a full-body exfoliation and aromatherapy massage, a head massage, and body wrap using marine or algae extracts or Ayurvedic oshadi oils.

Out of respect for local traditions, the spa has separate hours for women (9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.), as does the hammam (8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.).

The resort can arrange tee times at one of the seven golf courses located within five minutes of the property, including the 7,100-yard Emirates Golf Club; golfers can also practice their game on the resort's putting green. Interiors of the seafront Prestige Rooms (58 square meters) are inspired by the Orient, with rich fabrics and mosaics, striking artwork, and ornate archways. Junior and Executive Suites (85 square meters and 118 square meters, respectively) feature 'majlis'-style lounging areas; Executive Suites also have an entrance foyer, dining area, and views of the gardens and Arabian Gulf. Bathroom details include slate floors, marble benches, separate toilets and bidets, and overhead and handheld shower fixtures.

Open only to guests staying at the Residence & Spa, The Dining Room offers international cuisine in an elegant setting. Dark wicker furnishings and sleek floors provide a sophisticated feel, while floral-patterned linens and ample natural light streaming through expansive windows create a sunny, airy feel.
