Balanced Skin & Body Therapy

My husband and I visit Abby a couple of times a month. After many years of massage, we have found the perfect combination of massage and relaxation. My husband has COPD and she has relieved his congestion. I have neck and shoulder tightening and Abby relieves the stress and calms the muscles.

I am a repeat customer and I have had massages by Michelle, Susan and now Abby. I can't believe that all three of them were truly OUTSTANDING! I have had massages all my life all over the world and I will tell you that you will be happy you chose Balanced Skin and Body Therapy. They could not be nicer - it is really a "hidden gem" in Boca Raton, Florida. I am going for a facial next week so stay tuned....

I love Michelle's facial, Susan's Hot stone massage, etc. The staff is very professional and always try to address our needs. They go the "extra mile" to please the client. Dateline. Last week. Let me take you back a bit. I was doing chores around the home like many of us may or may not do. I bent over to pick up that box and...oh boy....There goes my back. I knew I needed a massage to attempt to get back in gear. So,I dialed the spa and a young professional named Abby picked up. I explained what occurred and needed "a fix" pretty quickly. She gave me a little advice and before I was able to hang up I was on my way to the spa. I was greeted with a smile and Abby introduced herself to me. This place is amazing. Hard to describe as I was trying to build back that smile again. Abby was the one who offered to aid with my discomfort. I could tell that her hands and her soul were planning to take me into a total relaxing experience. She listened to my concerns and took me into her room. Worked on my troubled areas and easily was able to get me to enter "The Zone" I now make this place a regular stop. So you see a house chore can turn into a good experience. BTW. After my massage.....I felt like a new person. My wife even commented how relaxed I looked. Thanks Abby. Loved my massage and all you offered. Can't wait for my next visit. Abby....You are truly amazing.

I'm a massage therapist and have worked in a top Midwest Resort for six years. I recently relocated to Florida and found Balanced Skin and Body Therapy to be one of the best kept hidden secrets slightly off the beaten path. The massages are by experienced staff members who actually care about their work and whatever is going on with you. They all have a great touch whether they are doing massages or facials. The atmosphere is just enough of ahhhhh and calmness. There is no high pressure sales pitch. Just go in and come out feeling the best ever wanting to schedule again. The organic oils in the massage are healthy for your skin and don't leave you feeling greasy, just soft. The dermalogical products actually made me feel like I had a face lift for several days and my skin was glowing. Highly recommend this place!

I've been going here for about 2 years, the owner and staff are all very professional, knowledgeable. and fully trained in their craft. The spa is warm and inviting and the atmosphere is simple, clean, and elegant. They use candles and aromatherapy in order to enhance the spa experience, I always leave feeling positive and smelling great. The prices are very reasonable and I have no plans to go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

My massage with Abby was simply amazing. I was having a lot of neck and shoulder pain after a tough month of too much work and a fall from a horse. Abby asked me loads of questions and designed the massage to best meet my needs. She had the perfect touch and complimented that with a more active stretch component to really relax my neck and shoulders. I walked out feeling like a new person. The aromatherapy rounded out the experience. I can't wait to schedule another massage.

My son won a spafinder gift card and gave it to me to use. When I went on the website, I found Balanced Skin and Body Therapy. After reading the reviews, I definitely wanted a massage by Michelle. Unfortunately, when I called, Michelle was booked but recommended Susan Forma. It was definitely my lucky day! Susan gave me an outstanding massage and I have had many massages in my life. I have been dealing with a "hip" issue and as I am sitting here writing this, my hip feels so much better! I would definitely recommended this very warm, cozy, friendly place. It was a great little find and I will absolutely go back and tell my friends.

I have over the years received many many facials. The one I received at this spa was by far one of the best I have ever had. Michelle is wonderful. She has a wonderful touch and knows what she is doing. I will be going back for sure. Thank you Michelle for a wonderful experience. THE BEST EVER!!!!!!!!!!

I have been getting deep tissue massages for approximately 30 years, and today's massage was awesome! Michelle is highly qualified, questioning my needs throughout the process. I had a mud massage, which was a new experience, and I loved it, hopefully will find someone back home (I am on vacation) that can do it as well. Also, I have had 2 facials and didn't really enjoy them, but Michelle was very gentle and I think I may have to try having another one. Thank you for an enjoyable vacation experience, it was heavenly. When I come down to Boca Raton again, I will be sure to come back for another treatment(s)!

I had received a spafinder gift card & choose this particular spa based on the great reviews. Michele is highly knowledgable on the products & services. I received a facial & Michele customizes the facial based on your needs. There is only one type of facial listed because it is specific. She has a very soft touch & plays light calming music & the room is slightly lite. Neck, foot, & hand massages are included in the low price with the facial. The products smell nice & are more on the natural side then chemical which I really liked. I feel more relaxed & my skin looks great after 1 visit. She gave me some tips on skin care & some things I can do to enhance my routine & concentrate on specific areas that I need to work on. When my facial was complete she gave me some product samples of the prodcuts she used for me so that I could try them for myself if I liked. Overall great exprience. I will be returning not only for another facial but a massage as well. I will also be recommend her to all of my friends. She has after hours as well as Saturday & Sunday accomidations. AWESOME!

Michelle was amazing!!! She was professional yet kind. I had a massage and a facial. She was gentle yet knew that I needed deep tissue on certain muscles and hit all the right spots. During her facial she gave foot, hand, facial and head massages which were incredible. I would highly recommend her because I was truly impressed and relaxed!!!

I've battled with skin issues for years (cystic adult acne) and Michelle's facials are by far the best I have had. Its the perfect balance between skin therapy and environment. My skin has never looked better and I leave my appointments feeling refreshed. Michelle really takes the time to assess your individual skin needs and has the best touch in the business. Michelle's gentle and experienced touch let's you know you are in great hands. She offers a variety of techniques and modalities during her facials which are pure heaven - from the foot and hand massage to the warm towel warps, the amazing scents from the wonderful and effective products, and the overall experience with the soothing music and light. I have seen results after just five sessions which my husband can even notice! She's a gem!
