Io e la mia compagna ci siamo stati alcuni giorni fa; avevamo ricevuto un gift certificate Soulspace in omaggio per un pacchetto di coppia che prevedeva massaggio e percorso Aqua journey. Le due terapiste massaggiatrici molto gentili e preparate ci hanno fatto due bei massaggi profondi, proprio quello che ci voleva per noi. L'ambiente e' caldo ed accogliente in un bel palazzo antico. Ci sono state offerte tisane, in bellissimi piccoli bicchieri orientali (come si usa in Oriente) e frutta.
Due ore di assoluto benessere. Da consigliare a parenti ed amici.

sono stato recentemente a SoulSpace e non pensavo di trovare una spa così di lusso nel centro storico di Firenze...ambiente molto curato e riservato.personale molto gentile e sempre sorridente.è il posto ideale per rigenerarsi.

IL CENTRO ERA DESERTO, NON FUNZIONAVA NIENTE! LA DOCCIA ERA GHIACCIATA COME PURE L'ACQUA DELLA PISCINA CHE SU INTERNET C ' è SCRITTO PISCINA RISCALDATA!
HO CHIESTO SE POTEVANO FARE QUALCOSA MA MI è STATO RISPOSTO DI NO.

Personale poco qualificato e poco disponibile.
Piscina non riscaldata!
Prezzo salato.
doccia dello spogliatoio ghiacciata, considerato il fatto che siamo a dicembre....
Pacchetto a 164 euro con massaggio di coppia da fare nella sala ritual, fatto invece separatamente in 2 piccole stanze pagato per 40 minuti fatto per neanche 30.
Di fronte alle mie lamentele non è stato fatto assolutamente niente.
