I have been going to Apogee for 2 years now and I have seen an amazing change in my body mind and spirit. The classes are great and all the instructors really work to customize you induviudal needs while in the class. I cannot imagine how I managed without Apogee! The spa is also a great plus. Orlando and Janelle are amazing!
