I only wish I lived closer! My friend and I booked facials while on a ski vacation in VT last week. Joanie took wonderful care of us, even when we were a bit late b/c my car battery died and there was a snowstorm to boot! When we arrived, she was beyond gracious and immediately made us feel at home. She took care to really look at my skin and make recommendations that actually made sense. The facial massage was so wonderful I think I fell asleep! The products she recommended are already working on improving my skin, in only a week. She was by far the most knowledgeable aesthetician I've ever met and I would highly recommend a visit if you are lucky enough to be in the area - whether a local or a visitor. And her recommendation for dinner (Mad Taco takeout) was spot on! THANK YOU!!!!!

I came to Joanie after my dermatologist failed to effectively treat my "adult acne." Joanie took one look and said, "we can fix this." She diagnosed the bumps as milia, not acne, and proceeded to remove them, and then deep clease and moisturize my skin. The whole experience was relaxing and pleasurable, the products smelled wonderful, and my skin hasn't felt so good in ages! She sent me home with an all-natural moisturizer and instructions on how to treat my skin so the milia don't reoccur. I feel so much better about my skin now. I've since returned for another facial, just because it feels so wonderful!

I visited this spa after days on the slopes. I had wind burn, dry skin and uneven coloring from my exposure to the elements. Joanie was amazing! She analyzed my skin and recommended the perfect treatment. It was by far, the best facial I've ever had. Between the products, her facial massage, the relaxing music and the warm atmosphere, I floated away (completely forgetting the snow storm that was raging outside). Now, a week later, my skin still feels great. I will definitely be back.

I can spend hours in Joanie's spa. She really takes time to analyze my skin and choose the right facial. I will go to no one else for my waxing. Her Reflexology is becoming a favorite of mine too. I love her skin care products, and buy my skin care products from her. I am a big fan of Complexions! If you are anywhere near Waitsfield, a visit to her spa is a must.

When i feel the need to escape I go to Complexions to get rejuvenated. The atmosphere there is calming and the services are excellent.

Joannie is a treasure, knowledgeable, gentle and very tuned into the diversity of the cliente of our area. Anyone would be comfortable with her and her calm, suportive taits make this an unforgetable experience. We are truly lucky to have her so close and so available.

I had a harried day. Joanie calmly welcomed me into her spa and created an island of rejuvenation in the middle of my chaos. Her facial helped my whole body and mind to relax, and she topped it off with an eyebrow waxing--what a treat! I would definitely go back again--in fact I think I'll make an appointment for this week!

My daughter and I escaped to this spa while the boys were out skiing in sub-zero temps. We were delighted with the facials and the warm setting. Wonderful facial, brow, and microcurrent treatments! I really like the fact they use all natural products that are organic and suitable for sensitive skin. Since most spa products can't be used on my skin without some type of reaction this is a welcome option. I will definitely return for more treatments to stave off the harsh effects of winter dryness. I've had some facials in some pretty high-end resorts across the country - Telluride, Breckenridge, Stowe... and I can honestly say your facial puts them all to shame!
