Apparently, this business doesn't use this website anymore. I scheduled an appointment to use the gift card my husband bought me. I received a phone call about 30 min before my appointment saying my appointment was canceled because the time was not available. The lady I spoke with said she sent me an email the day before, which I did not receive. My thinking, if you had time to send an email, the least you could do was call since you were canceling my appointment. She did offer me an appointment later on the same day, but I could not make it. I told her I would have to call her back. I called back a few hours later and spoke with a different representative who had no idea what I was talking about. She was less than helpful in trying to help me figure things out. I also asked if there were any openings on the weekend or the following week. She said she would have to check and give me a call back. I never received a call back. I understand customer service jobs are tough because customers are generally rude and obnoxious. I actually make a point to try and help fix the situation because people suck . I am disappointed. This spa had great reviews on yelp. But, I cannot stand rudeness so I will not be going here.
