I don't know who this lady thinks she is, but she absolutely ruined my experience. I had the best amssage of my life and believe me I have traveled the world and sampled allot, but the inappropriate behaviour of the desk lady was inexcusable! I feel awful for my therapist, sicne she did an amazing job! But don't expect me to be seen around there again unless I know the other lady is on vacation!

First of all, I have to say that my massage was the BEST I have ever had. I usually don't like it when my legs are done, but I actually extended my massage session from 60 to 90 minutes to include more time on my legs and feet! Molly (my massage therapist) made me feel more relaxed and healthy than I have felt in a VERY long time. I would recommend her for anyone. She has great energy and attention to detail, while "reconnecting" all of you and fixing all the spots that hurt. She truly has Healing Hands. HOWEVER, I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable by the woman running the front. I don't know if she was manager or owner or what, but she seemed to expect me to share more personal information than I felt comfortable with, and blamed everyone but herself when she screwed up my appointment scheduling. She also seemed to expect me to praise HER for all of the work done by my therapist. I had a WONDERFUL time behind closed doors, but everything else was very uncomfortable. Which is a shame since I had such an INCREDIBLE healing experience and want to repeat it, but not when there is such an uncomfortable feeling afterward. I felt like everything wonderful was undone with the attitude I got. Molly, good. Spa, not.

I've had the pleasure of several massage experiences at this location and each has been unique and lovely. From the hot stone massage to the healing touch, each has been truly relaxing and soothing in an atmosphere conducive to rest and recovery. I can't wait to treat myself again!

Thought I had died and gone to Heaven! I've had several massages in different countries around the world and this was the best. My friends had suggested Integrative Massage Center in Chico, CA and on my last visit they treated... I will forever be grateful and look forward to my next visit to Chico and Integrative Massage Center.

My experience at Integrative Massage Center in Chico was wonderful! The clinic was easy to find and had a welcoming feeling. The owner, Mary Collins, has created a wonderful atmosphere complete with her original artwork and hand picked relaxing music. The minute I walked into the center, I felt better than I had in a while. My gift certificate entitled me to a 50 minute massage but upon my check in I was offered an extension of it, or an addition of hot rocks, integrative work etc. I opted for a longer session and I was happy I did. Mary paces her massage by listening to you and your body. She was very astute to the needs of my body without me having to say much. I liked the way she guided me through consciously releasing my tensions... ahh, it felt so good. I never felt the least bit uncomfortable about talking to her, she is open and welcoming in personality. She followed my lead and would be quiet if I was, or interactive if I spoke. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I hope to get back soon to experience a body polish and possibly a hot rocks massage. It was a completely positive and healing experience for me!

I was visiting my sister in law and had an opportunity to go for a massage at Healing Connections. What a treat! The place is a peaceful corner just far enough outside of the main shopping area of this town. Mary, my practitioner, was friendly, courteous and very professional. She also gave me a wonderful massage. Healing Connections will be on my "must do" list when I visit Chico again. The place is cozy and comforting.... just what I needed and the massage was oh so healing and relaxing. Mary is also a great resource to the area and spent time after my session telling me about this wonderful area of California. I would recommend this place to locals and visitors, in fact I already have! Enjoy and Thanks Mary.
