The 13,000-square-foot 100 Fountain Spa at Pillar and Post has 11 treatment rooms, along with a mani/pedi salon, an indoor saltwater pool, Jacuzzi, and fitness center. A highlight of the spa is its outdoor hot springs pool, where guests can relax before or after treatments; spa-goers can also enhance their visit with time spent in the relaxation lounge or in the sauna and steam areas. Richly decorated interiors provide a classic, luxuriant feel, with soothing water fixtures, handsome woodwork, and stone decor.
The extensive spa menu features a fine blend of vinotherapy treatments using products created from indigenous grapes. Signature staples include the Bamboo and Wine Scrub, the Purple Feet Pedicure, and the Head to Toe Wine Taster, a combination of a vino facial, pedicure, and wrap. Offerings are also tailored to gentlemen guests, brides-to-be, and mother-daughter duos.

Dining takes place at the Cannery Restaurant, awash in country charm with exposed 19th-century wood beams, red brick, and an open-hearth brick oven. Guests select from a menu of international dishes, along with regional-inspired and signature specialties such as Marrakech Salmon, Cajun Striploin, and Slow Roasted Prime Rib. A second restaurant, Vintages Wine Bar and Lounge, serves pub fare and cocktails. Spa options are available at 100 Fountain Spa, and specific diets can be accommodated upon request.
