today I had my 1st facial including a microdermobrasion it was so relaxing and tori my girl was fabulous. she was very friendly and informative about what my face needed. what I liked she listened to my needs without any pressure sales for products or services. I will deffinatly be going back again next month. the one and only down fall is that it was a bit pricey for my budget but was well worth it to spoil myself today.

I booked a couples massage for my husband and I. It was our 10 year anniversary. After booking the owner of the salon called and asked if I could move my appointment time up to better accommodate the schedule. I said; "sure, no problem". We were very excited to kick off our weekend with massages. When we go there the receptionist said, "do you know your like 2 hours early"? I told her what had happened when I made the reservation, she called over a manager and they looked at the schedule and told me I hadn't been moved and there was no room for me at this time. I couldn't come back because I had made all our other reservations around this. I was so upset, and really annoyed. The receptionists were rude and un-accommodating. They asked me who I spoke to and when I gave them the name, they said, well that's the owner and she messed up. Never did they try to make this situation right, I never got a call from the owner to apologize. It was just the worst customer service I have had in a long time and I will never attempt to go back there again. If they don't care about keeping a new client, then good luck!

Awesome massage; Horrible Service
The massages here are amazing. The masseuses are friendly, polite, and very informative. That's were the positive experiences of this location end. I've paid for a membership here for several months and every massage seems to cause more stress than it relieves. I've had to wait over 30 minutes for a "scheduled" massage, I've had several appointments cancelled within hours of the scheduled appointment, and the front desk seems to not know what they are doing half the time. Good luck requesting a specific person, not only do the schedulers not seem to understand this concept, but they go trough staff like no other company I've seen. Two of my favorites have quit and one was injured on the job (I'm told by another masseuse from being overworked). A massage should be the most stress free part of your week, not cause more stress. If they get the front desk and management cleaned up I might give this place another shot, otherwise a free facial or foot massage just won't cut it for service this bad.
