If anyone tells you waxing is a pain free experience, they are lying to you. That being said, the waxing done at bliss is as pain free as it can possibly be and they do a great job. Will definitely use them again.

I had the rubber neck massage. I came out feeling relaxed and tension-free. Everyone was so friendly and the environment was great!

Just what you would expect - lives up to it's reputation. Get the fabulous facial, you won't regret it.

Generally not the most pleasant experience, the Brazilian at bliss was virtually pain-free! The spa needs to be a little less white. Not relaxing!

I went in for a facial with a SpaFinder gift card and was totally impressed. I'm not one to be picky about skincare, but now that I have been to Bliss I am definitely hooked on their products. I love that you can use SpaFinder gift cards for both services and products. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and explain everything they use during the facial. What a great experience.

My mom and I were looking for a spa experience in a day spa. We both wanted massages, and did not have great experiences with "day spas" in the past. We didn't want a salon that just offered massage services, so when Bliss was recommended and we saw that they took spa finder gift cards we booked two massages. My mother had the Bliss 75 and I had the great expectations. Both were wonderful and so relaxing. They also include a paraffin treatment during the massage, which was a nice surprise. We were both so relaxed by the massages and the atmosphere. I liked that they had a pillow for the great expectations so I could lay on my stomach comfortably. The locker room had all the amenities you would need, so no need to bring anything from home. The showers are nice and big and are also steam showers, which unfortunately I couldn't use but my mother enjoyed. Everyone was very friendly and informative, it was a great experience and we will absolutely go back!

I've been to Bliss a few times. The facials and waxing are amazing. Hard to imagine pain free waxing, but they really figured it out! I had a No Zit Sherlock facial which was outstanding. Very relaxing and thorough. I've had similar facials elsewhere and broken out more after. Bliss's treatment had my skin über clear for weeks. I also went another time for a pedi. While I loved the fact that you could watch a movie during the service, it felt quite awkward. I'm used to chatting with people so I kind of felt rude. I also didn't like that they basically use a giant pan of water for your feet. The seating was not comfortable and the water was cold after a few minutes. Of all the services I've tried there, this is the only thing I would not recommend. Overall, I love the mod decor and hip music. It's great to have some light snacks available. And the facilities are clean and well appointed. Can't wait to book my next appointment.

I went to the Bliss Spa over the weekend and was somewhat disappointed. Here is what I liked: - products used we great! - My massage from Ryan was very good! - the decor was fun and hip. - the music was great! It was nice to hear music that I recognized and it wasn't all waterfall-tribalesque music. Here is where I was disappointed: - the spa site said there was a "brownie bar"..... there was one type of brownie cut up in little cubes like cheese. - speaking of cheese ...the cubes of cheese were sitting there for a while and were crusty. - the $65 pedicure was not good. The chair was not comfortable and the foot soak was a bowl of water. I expected more for the price. - the checkout person was very nice but the overall process was not smooth. - the receptionist that greeted us showed us to the locker room but didn't point out the amenities until I asked about them. - the steam shower is very nice but that is all they have for amenities...no sauna, steam room, whirlpool, etc,

I had the Fabulous Facial, and it really was pretty fabulous. The spa itself is really nice, and just what you would expect from Bliss. Great products, knowledgeable staff, and a clean, relaxed atmosphere.

I had a marvelous massage.The spa is in a great new hotel ,with wonderful products,beautiful spa with lovely decor and a wonderful tratment room.I would highly recommend it.
