I had a great deal of difficulty changing my appointment, and had to email the owner. She informed me that she had changed booking websites and that I would need to create a log-in and cancel and re-book my appointment through that. I did not appreciate having to take these extra steps, and did not feel it was addressed as proactively as it could have been. Customers w/existing appointments should have been notified of the website change. On the day of my appointment the massage was good, but the therapist was more conversational than I would have liked, throughout the whole service. I did not want to appear rude, but was trying to send all of the signals that I was not interested in chatting. Lastly, there was a hard sell to re-book at the end of my appointment, and several deals were offered. The pressure I felt at that time may have reversed any stress relief that I was hoping to achieve with an afternoon massage. Sarah Trueb is a skilled therapist. I do wish, however, that the entire experience from the point of booking to the point of service could be a relaxing experience.

Sarah Trueb is an incredibly skilled massage therapist. She does great work at a reasonable price! Her location is tucked away in an office building near charming downtown Zionsville. While it is not necessarily a spa-like atmosphere her office is an oasis of calm and there is always great parking available!
