• About Indulgence Medical Day Spa

  Open since 2006, Indulgence Medical Day Spa is a physician-directed cosmetic medical spa, created by a multidisciplinary team of experts. The medical spa's mission is to help clients look and feel their best from the inside out by offering results-oriented and cost-effective aesthetic procedures and products as they become available in the scientific community and marketplace. The primary purpose of the spa is to provide comprehensive medical and wellness care in an environment, which integrates spa services as well as conventional and complementary therapies and treatments.

  The 5,000-square-foot spa features nine treatment rooms. Jade colored walls, music playing in the background, and candles throughout the spa create a relaxed environment without the medical-office look. A variety of exotic teas are available, as well as coffee, bottled water, and snacks. The spa also carries Skin Medica, Clarisonic, and Pure Fiji products.

  Indulgence Medical Day Spa aims to have a holistic approach, including counseling clients on non-surgical and non-invasive procedures, such as Vaser liposuction and laser hair removal. All services are preceded by a thorough skin analysis, after which the technician suggests some modalities that will provide health and/or esthetic benefits for the client.

Fadi Saba, M.D.

Fadi E. Saba, M.D., is a board-certified Internist who is committed to excellence in medical and noninvasive cosmetic procedures. While his career began in family medicine, Dr. Saba became interested in aesthetics to assist patients with concerns about the affects of aging and those who requested assistance with other dermatological and comfort needs.

Dr. Saba completed his residency at Good Samaritan Hospital, John Hopkins System, Baltimore, MD in 1996, after which he started Professional Health Care of Pinellas, Inc. in St Petersburg in 1997. Dr. Saba is a member of the American College of Physicians, The American Board of Hospital Physicians, The American College of ethical Physicians, American Medical Association, Pinellas County and Florida Medical association. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Hospice and Palliative Care.

Cosette Saba, RN, CL, CCE, CME

Cosette Saba, RN, CL, CCE, CME, registered nurse and board-certified in anti-aging, brings to the team a history of healthcare and business management. During her career, Saba has managed/owned multiple employees and business functions and brings a wealth of operational knowledge to Indulgence.

Trained and certified as a Medical Electrologist (CME), Saba provides laser, endermologie, and cosmecanique services, and is qualified to oversee the services and equipment provided at Indulgence.
