Personalized service is the trademark of the 20,000-square-foot facility, and members are offered a program advisor who will develop an individual integrated fitness program. The elegant and spacious spa offers an array of personalized bodywork therapies to complement fitness programs and also to aid in stress reduction, relief of muscular tension and stiffness, increased flexibility and range of motion, and more. Outside the spa, nutritionists are on-site to offer consultations, and 6-8 Week Mastery Programs allow members to learn topics ranging from tai chi to the Alexander Technique to self-defense. The gym's cafe offers organically grown meals and snacks and delicious protein-based smoothies. An added bonus - CLAY's overnight laundry service will even wash workout clothes left in lockers and return them the next day.Location

I recently took a class at Clay and the instructors were knowledgeable and really pushed me. After the class I was able to relax on the rooftop deck and then use the private saunas. I will definitely be back!

Great experience! You get a robe and slippers when you come in that have been just washed. They put it in a bag for you, you put them on and go to the waiting area. The rooms themselves are dark, relaxing, and have fine, high-percale bedsheets. The massage therapist I had (don't remember his name) had extensive training at the Swedish Massage Institute and over 6 years of experience. The deep tissue massage was very relaxing and he also helped me to stretch. The glass of lemon water and sauna afterwards were also refreshing. Go to this spa when you get the chance!

Wow, I found an excellent esthetician who was very skilled in her trade. She was proffesional, and took very good care of my skins personal needs, and actually listened to me. The products are of great quality, and had awesome benefits, only the'good stuff'. My estie was also wonderful with her massage techniques, and had a lot of wellness experience. Ahhhhhhhhh. Well worth the time, and money for sure!! Thanks Clay.

My estitician was superb. She had years of experience and worked as a consultant on many skin care lines. I had a wonderful microdermabrasion with a soothing mask afterwards. The gym and cafe here are also excellent quality. This place is top shelf!
