I called to make sure they accept Spa Finder Gift Certificates and discovered they only accept the certificates for Spa services NOT Hair Services. According to many reviews out there, they are very good at what they do, but unfortunately for Spa Finder purposes not entirely relevant. Be aware that you cannot use your Spa Finder Certificate for the salon only the spa.
I have used Spa Finder certificates successfully for both salon and spa services at several other spas throughout the country from the East Coast to the West Coast. This was a first for me as I have never had a problem using the certificate for either side of the facility -- hair or spa. I am glad I called ahead and inquired.
