The Yhi Spa Gran Meliá Palacio Isora fuses traditional indigenous and hydrotherapy treatments with Ayurvedic rituals, and the five outdoor treatment rooms and a meditation Zen garden allow guests to unwind in a harmonious environment. The 1,000-square-meter spa also has eight indoor treatment rooms, as well as a spa boutique, indoor swimming and floatation pools, and Vichy cabin. The Water Ritual center provides an oasis of calm, with Jacuzzis, sauna and herbal steam areas, experience and chromatherapy showers, and bi-thermal foot bath.

Spa services utilize Natura Bissé products and include facials, massage, wraps, corporal treatments, and salon services. The ancient Yhi Mandala massage harmonizes body, mind, and soul by placing hot stones on the chakra points.

Spa guests 16 years and older are welcome at the spa for teen facials and mani/pedi services.

The Japanese-type Nami boasts three dining experiences in one, with its sushi bar, teppanyaki-style tables, and bistro setting; Mediterranean and Spanish specialties can be tasted at the Oasis Pool Grille. The open-air Market Grill, also poolside, offers a salad bar and grilled meat and fish options.

In addition, there are six bars, including Lava Disco and the Nemos Lounge Bar, which features live piano or jazz music six nights per week.
