I was a member of Massage Envy for several months. While I do think they should give have some time before and after the massage to undress and re-dress, I noticed they abused this a lot. I usually would schedule a 1.5 hour massage and they always got me from the waiting room 5 minutes late and then would not come back to the room for 10 minutes which is excessive. At the end they stopped 10 minutes before the end. They jipped me time an time again out fo 25 minutes from an hour and a half massage. Not acceptable. Also, while some of the therapists were very good, some were below average. It was very hit or miss. on a positive note, the staff is always pleasant and the place is clean.

I recently went here to try their a facial and was pleasantly surprised. I am a facial fanatic. I have literally had hundreds, and I gotta say, it is really a decent basic facial for a good price. The esthetician was well trained and very friendly. She gave me some advice about skincare but was not pushy about buying products. My skin felt great afterwords! Very clean and hydrated. They do not have the variety of treatments that a lot of spas have, and the room and environment is nothing special. If you want extreme pampering or a specialized treatment you'll have to go elsewhere. They do use good products, and as I said above, it was a nice basic facial. I would go back and recommend it to my friends.

Had a deep heat and aroma therapy @ same time. Was well worth extra fee. Was first time for me and first request @ spa.Definitely would not be last.... Thanks Fabiola....

Visited a few days ago and paid the extra fee for heat treatment. Massage was great first off then to top it all off the heat/cool treatment afterwards.... awesome..... Can't wait to go again!!! thanks....
