  Family Physicians of South Florida is a total health and wellness center focused on optimizing health and well-being. The 2,200-square-foot medical office has a minimalist feel to it and six treatment rooms with two dedicated to esthetic services and one reserved for weight loss treatments. A variety of services are offered, including microdermabrasion, Botox and injectable fillers, mesotherapy, chemical peels, and medically supervised weight loss.

Rebecca Rey, M.D.

Rebecca Rey, M.D., is board-certified in Family Medicine, and received her Medical Degree from Ross University School of Medicine. Dr. Rey completed her residency in Family Medicine at Florida Hospital in Orlando, Florida, in 2009, then went on to become the lead representative for the Orange County Medical Society. She also played an active role outside the medical community in various athletic events. It was during this time that Dr. Rey developed a specific interest in lifestyle medicine.

Robert Ansara, M.D.

Robert Ansara, M.D., also board-certified in Family Medicine, attended the University of Florida with a B.S. in Microbiology. He went on to medical school in Guadalajara, Mexico, where he became proficient in Spanish and gained appreciation for the special needs of the underserved and importance of chronic disease management. After a year of internship in General Surgery, he sharpened his procedural skills, and now performs procedures ranging from minor laceration repairs to dermatological biopsies for skin cancer prevention at Family Physicians of South Florida.
