I have never been more impressed with an Esthetician. Not only was she concerned about respecting my privacy by providing some coverage, she also provided the most pain free Brazilian waxing service I have ever received. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing. I would recommend this spa to anyone considering waxing services.

My first spa experience
I had my first massage at Euphoria and I have to say that it was a wonderful experience. I had a spafinder coupon and I took my friend with me. It was a first time for both of us. I have to say that Euphoria is a wonderful place and I would recommend it to anyone. the service was excellent and accommodating. The staff was experienced and friendly. I would go there again. You can't miss with this place. Sandy

SpaTopia was Relaxing Way to Try A Variety of Services
I really enjoyed my most recent trip to Euphoria Spa of Avon. On this visit, I decided to try the popular SpaTopia treatment - a combination of exfoliation, hot stone massage, facial and foot massage. Deb did a great job targeting my tension spots, and even took extra time on my poor, aching feet. It truly felt like a full-body relaxation experience, and was a much needed stress reliever! I would definitely recommend the service to others.

I have been to Euphoria three times in the last two years, and each time I've had a great experience. I have had a full-body massage, a half/massage and half/facial, and the Caribbean Spatopia service, which was by far my favorite. When looking at "bang for your buck" the Caribbean Spatopia is the way to go. You get a sampling of the full body scrub, hot stone massage, facial, scalp massage, and foot massage. Deborah is very professional and the atmosphere is one of the best around. The rooms are dark, comfortable and have soothing music playing. The facility is quiet, even when others are receiving treatments. It is a pet peeve of mine to hear what else is going on in the hallway or other rooms while I'm trying to relax, and that does not happen here. Also, all services are performed in one room, so there is no moving around and switching rooms. Overall, it is a great salon, and I would recommend it for anyone in the Danville area.

I have been going to Euphoria for over 8 years and drive 45 min for my massage once a month. I have tried many other massage therapists due to the distance however I have not been able to find one as good as Deborah. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend Euphoria for services. I have referred friends and they too have had great experiences. ~Sharon

I was given a 1 time use giftcard for this spa almost 1 year ago. I recently found it & was excited to use it before it expired in 1 month. I made an appointment, stating that I had a gift card to redeem. Upon arrival, I handed over my giftcard, & received a nice massage. However, the following morning I received an angry voicemail from an employee of the spa. They said my giftcard had been used & the one I had given them was not valid, & to call them ASAP. Knowing there was some sort of mistake bc my certificate had a unique barcode which can't be duplicated, I called them 4 times in which my call was never answered. A few days passed, & I received a letter/invoice in the mail. The invoice stated that I owed them $45 for a prev. service that I did NOT receive. The letter stated, in not so many words, that I was a liar, that I had prev. been to their facility & HANDED it to one of their employees & that I would need to pay them promptly. Their story was both illogical & contradictory.It was truly unbelievable the number of fabrications they created, & how incredibly unprofessional they handled the situation. Upon receiving the letter, we left them a voicemail saying they needed to stop harassing me before we sought legal counsel.
We have found that in this industry, when a customer holds on to a gift certificate for a length of time before redeeming it, he or she may have printed a duplicate copy or redeemed the certificate months earlier and forgotten about it. Occasionally, customers even "re-gift" a certificate to another person. When we were processing this customer’s gift certificate after her service, we discovered the certificate had been used, so we promptly followed up with the customer to receive payment for the service (thinking that this was the case in her situation). Our process is to accept gift certificates from customers upon check-in to verify that a certificate number is valid and has not been previously redeemed. In this case, our staff member waited until later that same evening to process the gift certificate. Upon further investigation, we learned that a programming error caused a duplication of some of our gift certificate numbers, which made this customer’s number invalid. We have since updated our systems to ensure that this error does not happen again. We apologized in writing for the distress caused to this customer, and offered to make things right with her. Our team always strives to be responsive to any customer inquiries or concerns. If we are not available by phone during regular business hours, while assisting other customers, we invite callers to leave a voicemail message. It is our policy to return all messages within 24 hours, typically less. A positive customer experience is far more valuable to us than the business outcome. We hope that this individual will accept our error and humble apologies, and be open to giving us another chance in the future.

I have visited Euphoria for massages several times and have enjoyed each visit. Recently I had a facial and was very pleased with their service and results. The staff is very friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They are very accommodating in every way. I would highly recommend Euphoria. I am looking forward to my next visit!
