I contacted Spa One for information about their services & was greeted by Elizabeth who is very knowledgeable & informative. She was courteous, kind & patient w/my many questions. I was able to schedule my appointments for 3 services on the same day. It was awesome; a massage, facial & spa pedicure sent me home feeling like jello...very relaxed. The atmosphere at Spa One Escondido is welcoming & the staff is friendly yet professional at the same time. I have previously experienced a sort of snobbishness at locations of this sort but not at Spa One in Escondido. I enjoyed the "down to earth" demeanor most of all. I would recommend this location to anyone considering Day Spa services. They are certainly customer oriented.

It looked nice and new and inviting so I poked my head in; it smelled good in there. Kinda like fresh lemons or grapefruit. Anyway, this day spa is in a very busy shopping area where I do my grocery shopping. I tried their five minute FREE chair massage with a therapist named Kathy. She worked on my neck so well that I booked a 60 minute deep tissue for $49.99. I thought that was a bargain compared to another spa down the road. It turned out that she specialized in deep tissue and she did an excellent job. I felt so much better afterwards. I would recommend this spa to my friends.

I had a really good deep tissue massage from Massage One Spa. The place was clean, decorated tastefully and the therapist I had was attentive and thorough. I didn't feel rushed as with some other places. The room was comfortable with not too much fu-fu's, if you know what I mean. I got a full 60 minutes. Definitely a good experience and will come back.
