I feel great every time I leave BetterBody. I get the attention I need with the small group reformer classes they have. With all the Groupon deals offered, I have been able to try and search for the fitness studio for my needs but seems the quality has disappeared. I gave BetterBody a try and the quality workout I get is priceless. My body has changed in the first 5 sessions and now after 2 months, I truly have a new body. I fit better in my jeans, my muffin top has disappeared, my posture feels great and overall so much more confident. I highly recommend BetterBody and hope you try the studio and compare what you are currently doing. I feel like not only have I wasted my time but my money on "deals" on other pilates studio. BetterBody is worth the investment.

Wow! The extreme class they have is an all around workout. It took care of my cardio and my strength training all in the hour I was in there. I felt great after! Had so much energy the rest of the day. Love love it!
