  IM=X strives to be the next evolution of Pilates by blending the muscle toning and lengthening benefits of Pilates with the best elements of strength and cardio training. The 2,500-square-foot studio is divided into areas for mat classes, six reformers and physical therapy. Prenatal classes follow the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists guidelines to safely challenge women in their second and third trimesters. and services such as prenatal massage, nutritional counseling and an education curriculum called “The Wellness Pregnancy” are also offered. Other classes and services include Bootcamp and Piloxing, massage, reiki, career counseling, physical therapy, Cardio-Barre, belly dancing and private fitness events. All new IM=X Pilates members are invited to receive a complimentary chiropractic screening within the first 14 days of joining.
