Can't decide between Barres & Belles and CARDIOLATES(r)? Now you don't have to! This class flows fluidly between Cardiolates rebounding and Ballet Barre work for a new twist on interval training. The class begins with arm and posture work, and then proceed to an interval of rebounding. Then move to the barre….
