I came here for a waxing. Although I had called and made an appointment, I was very late and just walked in. There was no issue at all. The treatment was fast and painless, and my esthetician was friendly and chatty the whole time. And the prices were the most affordable for this level of service I have found in New York City. Highly recommend.

I was on vacation with my husband and being a massage therapist and spa owner myself, I really am picky with spas. I like to find a smaller and more local spa when I travel and I found it in NYC! This place is so great. The staff is so attentive and caring. Me and my husband enjoyed all our services and will be back again for sure. The massage was amazing. This place has great prices too. I highly recommend this place if you want to be taken care of.

OPI gel manicure

I had an OPI gel manicure at this spa this past Wednesday, with Olga. My second one actually (had a bad experience the first time I had a gel mani, at another salon, chipped all over about 5 days later), so I thought I would try again at another place. Olga was very friendly and professional. She explained (somewhat) the process and all. She said it should last about 10+ days, depending on weather my hands/nails are very oily (?). Well, this morning all the polish in one of the nails came off, so that was disappointing since it's been only 7 days. And specially because I chose a blood red color. it seems a couple other nails will be chipping soon.. so I think I am done with gel manicures. Not worth the price since I have had regular manicures last just as long (or maybe longer). I would go back to this place though and try other services - the staff seem friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing.
