Yoga for CrossFitters
This class is designed to give avid CrossFitters an edge in their training. The class will focus on specific areas targeted throughout the week and avoid areas that are often over worked in CrossFit and normal yoga classes (ex. no planks). Yoga will help to ease muscle tension and lactic acid build up, which means less recovery time and a quicker return to the gym. Deep stretching, balance, core- to- extremity, and mobility will all be increased through this yoga class which, in turn makes a better, stronger and more fit CrossFit athlete. |
