Dance Trance is a fitness class that uses dance aerobics and choreographed dance routines to Top-40 hits. Breakdown class is perfect for beginners because it puts everyone on the same playing field. You preview the newest dance routine then stop the music and break down the steps. Students learn two (2) routines during the Slower Breakdown class.
