    Beyond the vineyards and overlooking the Channing sculpture garden, One Ocean Yoga is a vibrant wellness refuge. Exceptional teachers from the Anusara tradition as well as Wellness and Healing backgrounds assist our students in remembering their own highest nature! Director John Seelye, an Anusara certified teacher, welcomes into this space a broad spectrum of yoga styles including Anusara, Iyengar, Kripalu, ISHTA, Jivamukti and Kundalini Yoga. In addition to yoga classes, private sessions, workshops and yoga teacher trainings, One Ocean Yoga Center also offers a gateway to healthy, vibrant living through Fitness and Pilates mat classes, Martial arts, Ballet, Massage, Meditation, Nutrition and Kirtan.
